Nothing special at all. The place is small. We paid almost $60 for about an hour but left with over 30mins left to spare. There was nothing else to do after jumping. The games still require tokens after you already paid all that money. No need to return.
Wonderful place to take the whole family, they have food like pizza,wraps,chips with cheese. We had so much fun we look forward to going again.
My kids love Airheads! They love all the obstacle courses are of course the open jumping. It s a great, clean and affordable place to bring kids to and let them have some fun!
It was ok. Dead in there. Couldn't order food or drinks. My 5 year old loved it but had to pay full price for basically nothing....on 3 of us! I was and am still upset. Thet should have compd us or something. Maybe they will read this and get ahold of me.
Our great-grandson had his very best time at this place. It kept him busy for 90 minutes. We enjoyed just relaxing in the cool without having to worry about him. We will be back.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. We brought a large amount of kids for a field trip and it was great. To the Team Lead that helped us- you were awesome!!!

Guards keep a close eyes on jumpers; safety is clearly a priority here. Rock climbing and ninja obstacle course are new alternatives that are included in the jumping prices and give a nice alternative or break from jumping and dodgeball. It is rather expensive, so check Groupon and weekly specials!

This place has been renovated. Last time I went it was over a year ago and now they have obstacle courses, rock climbing and kids play area.

I had my daughters 10th birthday party at Airheads and it was perfect! This is my second party there for my children. I was immediately greeted by their friendly staff and our party hostess was more than helpful. Our party hostess was amazing and did a great job of running the party. I felt relaxed and at ease. I definitely recommend having a birthday party here or a corporate event. We are definitely coming back!!!! It was clean and absolutely a blast!! Loved their staff, food, and felt welcome!
The place is clean and entertaining however its very expensive then they nickel and dime you everywhere.

We love this play center. The only thing I would recommend is to add a bit more adult seating, since the weekends are often booked with birthday parties and there is minimal seating left to choose from.
There is a family night and teens night for the kids to go on a date or alone to have a blast. There is even a toddler place for the little one to play on or jump with u on the mats. My favorite is the staff likes to play dodge ball and tire out ur kids (not suitable for toddlers though but u can get a ball and play with them in a area nicely) Cause dodgeball gets fun and sometimes a little hard throwing that's all involved lol. But no one gets hurt just sometimes red. Lol. They have 3 levels of play areas. Obstacle course, jumping mats, and dodgeball on level 2. Level 1 is tables to eat and sit with toddler area, arcade climbing wall, and food / restaurant. On level 3 is in the air with nets with another confidence course. Every place has 1 to 4 workers supervising the play area . We had a great time. If I could I would show all my pictures I have on her . Oh and the bathrooms are spotless every time I go. Have fun. Very disappointed in our first time coming here. My family won t be coming back. When we got here we said we have never been and have a groupon. Instantly we were treated poorly for having a Groupon. The woman didn t explain how anything worked she just talked into her headset to her manager about us having a groupon. She lectured us about how they wouldn t normally allow groupons during Friday evenings but they would allow it today. I explained I looked on the groupon and their website about time or day restrictions and nothing was mentioned. She just argued with me about not having control over that. I let it go but then she still didn t explain how anything worked so we had to figure it out ourselves. When our girls finally got to jump, the employees that were supposed to be watching/overseeing were watching tv. About half way through our time, I saw the sign about height requirements, my girls are not 48in but were in the obstacle course. I told them they weren t allowed over there once I saw it but you d think the employees would follow the rules. Overall disappointed with the staff mostly. My girls enjoyed themselves from a little bit but got bored before our hour was up.

Registration was a pain, but its was lots of fun! The staff helped make the experience fun as well, giving even the older ones a challenge on things like dodge ball of the obstacle course. Would definitely go again.

It was a fun place to get to let off some energy and great for kids to run around and enjoy obstacles and climb on the rock wall and climb the LEGO wall but the staff there is kinda rude and they don t help out one bit if you don t do things their way then they will get you in trouble for anything, and plus the prices are extremely expensive and it pricey to go there for like an hour so I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone
FUN TIME!!! Got a groupon and it was an awesome deal! The place was clean and properly staffed. The kids had a great time and so did us adults. The staff was friendly and respectful when they needed to remind patrons of the rules. My husband was a little concerned that no one was watching the door but if parents are watching it isn't a serious concern.
I love this place, and it's the best fun excersize ever!
It's a fun place to take a medium sized group. However, the facilities aren't too good. Went the water fountain barely worked and who whole place smelled of sweat, despite the face nobody was thwre. It was a big of a hassle reserving a time for my group because the staff didn't see to know the process. If you can get past those issues its a good time for everyone.
I just have to say how incredibly impressed I am with every employee I've encountered today.
My daughter was invited to a birthday party and I forgot my phone. She was very nervous about me leaving. (I've always attended the birthday parties that she attends in the background.) Kita, one of the crew members, offered to play with my daughter until I got back. The party host, Mimi, also told her that she could find her if she needed any help. They also have a new obstacle course, which is awesome, and at the end my daughter got a little nervous. So Dalton and Rashan helped her get through, encouraging her the whole way, and she did it!
Every single crew member has been very attentive, courteous, helpful, and just plain nice! The manager, Chelsea, was also amazing

Airheads in st Petersburg was an awesome trampoline park that I ever went too
Loved it! Kids had a blast! When an influx of about 50 kids got on trampolines & knocked our littler one down..... one of the "Air traffic control " kept near her & kept her safe. Very friendly & positive service. Great time had by all!....only reason not 5 stars is because thr cost wss a bit more than I expected for jumping on trampolines @ $20 a head.
The kids had a great time we had a few problems with the game machines but thesupervisor made it right and the kids came home with things that they were trying to get out of the machinesa high-five to the people that work there they were all great and helped me tremendously thank you all very much
i went to go to the fitness class with my daughter who is 16 and they would not let her in. I believe that you should not have to be 18 to go to the classes, it is similar to any gym, where you have to be 16 to take their classes. she would like to join in on the fitness in some way.
Kids have fun, but the birthday parties are not well organized and an overall cluster.
The place is ok but it's too expensive just for jumping
My grandson and his friends had a great time. The only thing I would like to see change is better security at the door to ensure the children don't walk out the door by themselves, or with a stranger.
Other than that, we had a great time. It was a great value.
We drived abput 40 min to this place and didn't get it because they have camp time. I checked their website before we went and Didn't see any posts about busy time. So disappointment
Trampolines have no bounce, and you can feel someone bouncing from 3 squares away. They don't have enough staff to watch everyone, so the kids are all over the place, don't pay attention, so they are constantly running into you. The staff are even jumping on the trampolines in front of you. I have been to many trampoline parks, and I think this one was the worst. Clean place and many games, but not a good experience.

i loved when i went with SHMS I loved the doge ball the most is was amazing i hilly recommend this.

Fun for the kids. Pretty good size place but only has one 15' basketball hoop and a few dodgeballs in with the trampolines. Wish they had a better area for smaller kids. Needs better seating arrangment for parents to sit and watch.
This place was awesome! They have a giant area of trampolines, designated areas for dodgeball, flipping, and small kids. They also have a ninja warrior course, 3 climbing walls, and an arcade area. I took my nephews and they all had a blast!
It's and awesome place to have fun and to bring your friends for party's. The workers are also really nice and so are the managers plus flipping is back and it's better then ever.
Love this Airheads. The kids definitely enjoyed it and want to go back
