AIRHEADS TRAMPOLINE ARENA Review

I walk in and the place is like a zoo! Children jumping off walls and running around , i go on my little trampoline square and start bouncing . Then children go into my square and start bouncing with me , which they are NOT supposed to do. And what do the parents and staff do about it ? NOTHING . I tried doing a kick twist and i little girl go squished by me , she looks at me and says "WATCH WHERE YOURE GOING"! EVEN THO SHES THE ONE WHO WALKED ON MY SQUARE! This place is a disgrace..

Love the kids FINALLY have a safe fun place to go to anytime!

The kids and adults had a great time. This staff is amazing and caring!

This place is pretty good other than the bounce you can braley bounce at all thats the only compaint

Place is awesome. Only negative is games. Would love to see them add few pinball machines.

Awesome activities here! AirHeads have definitely stepped up their game. Makeover is amazing. They have a Ninja Warrior course with some obstacles that spin, a Rockwall, an epic Ropes Course, a huge Rubik's Cube to climb on and different climbing walls and of course a huge trampoline arena.
My son loves it here. The staff is great. Thanks for being our favorite place to get our energy out!

We had my son's 6th birthday here. Our hostess didn't see m to know what she was doing and the place is very expensive & the party rooms are Very hot the air conditioner is horrible

Very good experience! It was our first time here as a family Valentine s Day Date , and we had such a good time. Plenty of employees making sure everyone was safe, and had a good time. The food was actually surprisingly good! Our boys are 3 & 2, they had a blast and didn t want to leave!
The lady at the front was amazing!! So sweet and made the whole thing tie together great!

My son has been to dozens of trampoline parks and this is his favorite, by far. There are so many types to choose from and the way the location is set up is fantastic - great viewing for parents and lots of options for the kids.

We LOVE Airheads, all the staff always help and play with Bella. She can't wait to get there.

Decent value if you have a Groupon, otherwise pricey. Clean and well kept and secure.

Great place for the grandkids to use up energy. They had a blast.

A pleasant surprise. I figured we were headed to a sweaty worn gymnasium. To my delight the facility is clean well maintained and well staffed. A wonderful place to let your young ones burn off energy in an adventurous and safe environment.

It was good, but they are a little psycho on their rules. I couldn't even hold my toddler son's hands to bounce, we had to be on separate squares. I've been to other trampoline arenas and they are not that draconian. Also they are not open during the day when school is in, so you can't ever go for a trampoline workout without tons of adolescents bouncing around.

The tampa location is larger, this one isn t well maintained. They are getting new things so maybe it will clean-up a bit. Age/height restrictions on some stuff so call first.

It was hard to find a clean table to sit at and the prices for food are a little high, but it is an attraction. The bathroom was clean and the kids had a great time jumping. I do like how they have a separate dodgeball and flipping area and balls the kids can play with.

Much better than a couple years ago. More different activities than only trampoline.

It was the worst place to go to, four of the video games were out of order. One of them took the money and my son won the game and it didn't pay out the tickets it was supposed to, and when we mentioned it to one of the employees it took her almost an hour to get it taken care of. Horrible horrible horrible customer service

I tried to book for a birthday party for my son, but it wouldn t let me and then I did a walk in for 8 kids. I was expecting all tables to be busy and to my surprise all of tables were empty. So, they charged me $25 just for bringing a cake. The staff was rude and the manager was even more disrespectful. I m staying because I don t want to ruin my sons birthday party, but I m going other places for this kind of events.

Our 1st experience wasn't pleasant at all. After talking to the manager he fixed it right away! My daughter jumps herself crazy and the music is always good. 5 stars! Thank you!

Definitely meant for little kids, over priced and can't even do flips except for a tiny area. Do not recommend.

The new changes with the climbing wall and other zones was nice. My kids usually only last an hour here before they are bored, but it's a nice place to go when it's rainy outside

typical trampoline place, but this one was exceptionally clean. Beware though, they just redid their menu, and therefore don't have a number of the options that their website and menu claim that they do. This includes gluten-free options, like pizza. I guess when things don't sell, it makes sense to remove them, but this put us an alert. Staff is friendly, and birthdays are well accommodated here.

Great place to spend time with the family. They have great staff who are flexible. They have awesome deals as well

More or less a trampoline park. There is a small climbing area. Our kids were happy as can be for the hour we were there. Ask for a "co-captains braclet" if you have little ones with you instead of paying full price for an adult that's just helping out a small child.

Great atmosphere for the kids, staff stayed on top of making sure the seating area was kept clean and sanitized. I will be bringing my granddaughter back over Thanksgiving break

My son loves to go here. Sometimes can get a little rough in the dodgeball arena though and I have noticed on more than one occasion that the staff monitoring the area let it slide. Not to big of a deal but could be easily managed if the staff was more vigilant.

Brad is a really good manager,well they all are and they are really nice and kind.FLIPPING IS BACK and dodge ball is always fun.Its a great place to bring your kids on a rainy day even on a sunny day.There is a very good fitness class too.As you can tell overall it's a good place and you should check it out!!!

The kids had a great time running and jumping. Me and another parents brought plain cards and played games.

We had a bunch of fun. The dodgeball is a blast. It's not too expensive either. For reference, I'm 25 years old so you don't have to be a kid.

Bought a groupon to come and jump for an hour while on a business trip with my kids. Pulled up at 7:10 well aware that they close at 8. This place is closed, lights out not a single car in the parking lot. Pretty disappointed that they are closed an hour earlier than advertised.

My kids and I love this place! We have so much fun and the staff is amazing! Matt is the best with kids. He is super nice and patient! I can t recommend this place enough!

We were extremely excited to come here but when we got here it lacked luster. The place looks huge online but it s extremely small for a trampoline arena. The toddler area had sharp signs that scratched me while I was playing with my son in there and I got cut while leaning up against it, extremely overpriced for what it was worth. I m just very disappointed and wish I could get my money back

This place is really fun for everybody in the family.

A bit limited, very simple set up with one separate area for dodgeball. Staff seem disinterested in enforcing the rules so keep an eye on your younger ones.

Good food, but the staff was hudled up playing around instead of standing at there stations so the kids could play.

We attended a birthday party and were very impressed! The staff is very friendly, interactive and enthusiastic. Food was great and the place was very clean for a busy Saturday with so many people coming and going. Well organized. We will be back soon, even if I realized I'm very out of shape!

I took my grand kids here this past Saturday. Airheads is very clean, neat and organized and this particular location on Belcher is convenient to everything in Pinellas County. They ran, bounced and jumped for well over two hours without stopping. (I was tired just watching them) They also have stadium type seating and comfortable tables for the adults to sit at while the kids play. The arcade also offers a great variety of game selections from air hockey to Skeeball. I highly recommend it!

Lots of fun but my daughter was too young to enjoy.

My daughter loves going to Airheads. The only improvement she says to make is to add even more rock climbing walls. That addition along with the ninja course was a big hit for her. The staff have always been very courteous and attentive.

Rude staff, but overall a fun place and decently sized.

Worth every penny, adults welcome to play along with the kids a great way to expose your children to physical culture in a safe environment.

AIRHEADS a great place for parties or friend get togethers! So much fun and the food was good and reasonably priced. Staff was involved, courteous and Garrett was so much fun. He will teach you to do jumps, dodgeball but flips you do on your own. Thanks Garrett. You were great and the kids still talk about you!

Fun place to bring family and kids, also good for physical fitness. Cant beat a trampoline center to wear a kid (or adult) out

I should of listened to the other reviews but thought I would give it a chance since I live close. This place is a quarter of the size of other parks I ve been to. I also see what the other reviews say about the jumping. It s like the whole platform isn t steady and you sink in to the trampoline when you re trying to jump. It s very wobbly. No sponge pits whatsoever either. Also more expensive than other parks I ve been to. I ll have to keep traveling to Tampa to play at the higher quality parks.

Fun place for kids, full of open space activities and challenges.

Total chaos! We had our daughters birthday party there and will never go back. 1. We were overcharged for our party (I think the young host did it on purpose) and we had to hassel them to get a credit. 2. The place is total mayhem. There is very little organization at the check-in area and it's even worse in the common areas. 3. Lack of control for kids in the trampoline area. My daughter fractured her ankle and was surrounded by big kids at the time it happened (she's 7). Our Orthopedic doctor told us that they get LOTS of customers from Air Heads. I wish I would have known that before hand. So I am sharing that with all of you.

Excellent location easily noticeable from the road. The location is accessible with a well-lit parking lot. The store is spotless. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous.
This is an excellent location for a birthday. The pizza is delicious. Ty

This is a really great place for kids and adults alike. Its one very large trampoline cut I into quarters so those of every age can have a good time.

The facility is clean and the kids all had fun. But the food is terrible, eat after you leave there. Also when you have a party there they expect a ridiculous tip.

Awesome and fun place to have birthday party's and I have fun jumping with the kids it is fun and good exercise

We had a great time with our toddlers here and there was plenty to do! It was a little expensive, but the facility is very well kept and maintained.
