Terrible customer service, they are parts distributor for Donaldson air driers. Called about an auto drain, spoke to David, was told they can t help they don t have that information. Second call was for a water reg valve and ordered by model and serial of unit, obsolete part so they threw a random valve to me that doesn t match system and will not take returns. Do not utilize this company for your Donaldson air drier parts they are a joke.
