I went to the NFB in Orlando and there was an amazing crew to attend me except for 2 people, Gelena Correia and Austin, very unprofessional employees!!
A pretty bad "application process", with incomplete information and unethical form submission. Makes you fill out a debasing "why you" portion, even though you did not pass the initial assessment.
I love the service AIRA offering for visually impaired
