It's one of worst, fraud agency. Don't join this scam. Management is idiotic. Management is unprofessional, unethical.

Worst Interview process , 1 Round Technical Cleared, 2nd Round HR discussion ,They asked what is the planning for next 5 years Rejected for this questions,3rd Round Technical.....Very worst interview experience

Giving 1 Star is also waste, but it is not allowing me to post am giving selecting it.
The worst company in the bangalore, in this universe.
Am Ashamed of saying that CEO is kannadiga, ashamed Bangalore based karnataka company.
for freshers :- They will ask for 3yrs bond and starting salary will be 4500.
There cheap tricks.
1) Food, night time they will give by 9pm, because freshers will come from out of bangalore , in this 4500 its very tuff
to survive them, so they will spend time till 9pm and have food and go.
And also in that the food giving uneducated fellow will treat the engineers like slaves and scold them.

2. Simply they will give designations to managers.
3. instead of going as fresher , put fake and enter to this company. No back verification they will do.

For girls it is best company, after 5pm they will send to home.

1. HR team. Shruti and chira Kaushik NO.1 waste HR in this company, they are not HR, they are company brokers.
2. some good HRs are also there i really thank them. [asha,Reshma, juliet]

Coming to managers:

Final advice dont join this company.
At the time of releaving they will show u the hell. they will least bother about employee carrier.
Developers freshers can join , you will learn things and at the time release, they will show god to you on earth

They have a bond of 3 years with original certificates other thing is in training they will give 4.5k and after 4 month 7.5k,but they told that increament will be there according to your performance. In 1st round after saying all these thing they said that after 3 year salary will be 6lk, but I don't know how come this is possible...
But the best thing is you may get the job in your domain.

Good Place for learning and Working, For the freshers its Best platform to learn. Girmiti has a very good package for freshers who have secured more than 65% of aggregate in their final year. The package varies from 3.5 lakhs to 4 lakhs. However for trainees who have scored less than 65% get a lesser package. No cab facilities even for night shift.

You just need minimal c knowledge to qualify for interview.

They should learn maths first and then hire people for people below 60 they have package of around 2.5 lakhs and in hand they will be giving 8-10k and that too for a bond period of 3 yrs.and for above 60 in hand 18-20 k for 4 yrs bond period and they tell the package to be 3.5 lakhs per annum.Please think before attending the interview

Start up company. They ask for 3yrs bond and just for 2.2LPA. They also say that if we don't join there company they will put our name in block list. Nothing to fear. I enquired and found that there is nothing like that.

This place is near to Maruthahalli Bridge and usually crowded and Heavy traffic

Recently joined Girmiti Software as Hr Recruiter....It is a platform for a fresher to learn and gain expertise in specific domain. Good management and very supportive.

Worst company i have ever seen.they offer 4.5 k per month during traing and after training 7 k which is very less.so don't waste your time by join this company.

For a fresher and that to for a java developer they r giving very less package that too for 3 yrs bond.. not a worth company to start Ur career. Sry

Girmiti is good place to work and good opportunity to grow more technically and Very good place to start your carrier and learn new technologies.

Worst company never see your knowledge. How they can judge any one according to their academic background.
They dont hire engineer they need Labour who work more & get sallery less.

The company is approximately within 100 metres from Kundalahalli Gate Signal towards ITPL.
Work Environment as per my concern was fair but the package and CTC they were offering was quite disappointing.
Since I don't know much about the company and I never judge anyone.
To conclude the fact I can say for someone in need of a job may give a try here.
Mostly they are working on the technologies like payment gateway and internet security in collaboration with "Verisign".

Called for an interview and later they said job description has been changed. So be cautious

Good infrastructure and good response but salary is less 5000 for training period and 3 year bond

Don't join worrest company they will offer 4 months training they will give 4500 after 4 months they told 7500 but they are give 6300 and your work as slave they are treated as also likedthat after 1.5 years they will give only 11000 after 3 years your getting only 16000rs if you join there are treated as one dog

When I was fresher I gave interview. Thank God, I didn't' join. HR informed me that I've to serve for 3 year with single digit in thousand as salary. First 4 month they'll give half of the amount.

Don't GO HERE, It's a wastage of time. They'll pay only 4500 for first four month. Then 6000 for a whole year. They'll ask you sign 3 year bond and will ask you to produce and submit original documents for surity.

Worst company. my friends who are working in this company have forgot their PG address.

I went here for for Cpp developer interview in first round having some basic C and Cpp objective questions.further two technical rounds then MR.you can easily clear all the rounds.But salary is very less for fresher and we have to sign 3 year bonds in which training period is not included.Here percentage and gap in education doesn't Matter you are eligible.

Worst company and worst experience recommend to don't attend this company for interview for interview and don't waste your valuable time asking for 4 years bond and need to submit original 10th,12th and graduation certificates and salary will be 6k, it's worst company

They will offer 4LPA and when you visit they will say that inhand salary will be 14k after 3 months before that it will be around 7k.

They really need a person who can help them with maths that 14k *12 is not even close to 4LPA

I have been working in Girmiti from the past 5 years and this is one of the best companies I have worked with. The managers are all very helpful and are always available.
I have had no problems. All my concerns are met with and resolved with satisfaction. Overall I see myself working here for quite a few years more.

Work is not issue.. But salary is null.. For fresher..

They are skng for 3 years service agreement with original documents submission, haha with ly 6k stipend seriously

6k per month salary until u r in training, later on 1.5LPA. They don't post real information on their job posts. Disappointed being there.

If you have any interview here by the reference or for the reference , I mustly Suggest you please don't go there .Go or wait for other companies but not this , you'll get much better than this.
They will give such a bagger like salary in a 4 year bonds on date of joining as fresher , and on training period just giving 4500rs. On 5 months with no any facility .
They don't give you any cabs,food, and also you have to work on your own laptop for their works.
Kindly suggest for the freshers Please don't the part any kind of program for this wasted company.

Good to learn bu they need to work on providing salary hike

It's good company to become masters in multiple domains in less duration. Employee in Girmiti having 2 years of experience is equivalent to 5 years of experienced guy from other company. It's good for knowledge hungers.

I had a interview over there for android developer, such a nice experience asking more about on core java

once ur clear the interview after that they will discuss about salary package.. tat is only 5000 per month. After 4 month 7k for 3year

In this company, above 65% marks they asked 4 years bond and 4L salary package. Below 65% marks they asked 3 years bond. In they are told me 15k yours hand in every month and remaining amount incentives. First 6 months 6k stifund. After 6 months Yours job was start.

Never go over there as the company whole staff is not good and even don't go over there for interview as the company is just making fool on the name of job very less pay and please read the reviews of the company on Google before going there....

I am working here since 5 years. Girmiti is great place to work. Gained a rich experience in software development. Got on-site opportunities to work at client place.
