Hi folks, Good Day!! Giving 1 Star is also waste, but it is not allowing me to post am giving selecting it. The worst company in the bangalore, in this universe. Am Ashamed of saying that CEO is kannadiga, ashamed Bangalore based karnataka company. for freshers :- They will ask for 3yrs bond and starting salary will be 4500. There cheap tricks. 1) Food, night time they will give by 9pm, because freshers will come from out of bangalore , in this 4500 its very tuff to survive them, so they will spend time till 9pm and have food and go. And also in that the food giving uneducated fellow will treat the engineers like slaves and scold them. 2. Simply they will give designations to managers. 3. instead of going as fresher , put fake and enter to this company. No back verification they will do. For girls it is best company, after 5pm they will send to home. 1. HR team. Shruti and chira Kaushik NO.1 waste HR in this company, they are not HR, they are company brokers. 2. some good HRs are also there i really thank them. Final advice dont join this company. At the time of releaving they will show u the hell. they will least bother about employee carrier. Developers freshers can join , you will learn things and at the time release, they will show god to you on earth
They have a bond of 3 years with original certificates other thing is in training they will give 4.5k and after 4 month 7.5k,but they told that increament will be there according to your performance. In 1st round after saying all these thing they said that after 3 year salary will be 6lk, but I don't know how come this is possible... But the best thing is you may get the job in your domain.

They offer 4k in training and then 10k for next year. Bond for 3.5 year ( including training). No cab facilities even for night shift. Hike in salary will depend upon you performance after 1year. You just need minimal c knowledge to qualify for interview. * They will keep all original documents with them for 3.5 years * Not worth it, Even if you know little bit of programming.
They should learn maths first and then hire people for people below 60 they have package of around 2.5 lakhs and in hand they will be giving 8-10k and that too for a bond period of 3 yrs.and for above 60 in hand 18-20 k for 4 yrs bond period and they tell the package to be 3.5 lakhs per annum.Please think before attending the interview
Start up company. They ask for 3yrs bond and just for 2.2LPA. They also say that if we don't join there company they will put our name in block list. Nothing to fear. I enquired and found that there is nothing like that.

Worst company never see your knowledge. How they can judge any one according to their academic background. They dont hire engineer they need Labour who work more & get sallery less.
The company is approximately within 100 metres from Kundalahalli Gate Signal towards ITPL. Work Environment as per my concern was fair but the package and CTC they were offering was quite disappointing. Since I don't know much about the company and I never judge anyone. To conclude the fact I can say for someone in need of a job may give a try here. Mostly they are working on the technologies like payment gateway and internet security in collaboration with "Verisign".

When I was fresher I gave interview. Thank God, I didn't' join. HR informed me that I've to serve for 3 year with single digit in thousand as salary. First 4 month they'll give half of the amount.
Don't GO HERE, It's a wastage of time. They'll pay only 4500 for first four month. Then 6000 for a whole year. They'll ask you sign 3 year bond and will ask you to produce and submit original documents for surity.

I went here for for Cpp developer interview in first round having some basic C and Cpp objective questions.further two technical rounds then MR.you can easily clear all the rounds.But salary is very less for fresher and we have to sign 3 year bonds in which training period is not included.Here percentage and gap in education doesn't Matter you are eligible.
Worst company and worst experience recommend to don't attend this company for interview for interview and don't waste your valuable time asking for 4 years bond and need to submit original 10th,12th and graduation certificates and salary will be 6k, it's worst company
They will offer 4LPA and when you visit they will say that inhand salary will be 14k after 3 months before that it will be around 7k. They really need a person who can help them with maths that 14k *12 is not even close to 4LPA
I have been working in Girmiti from the past 5 years and this is one of the best companies I have worked with. The managers are all very helpful and are always available. I have had no problems. All my concerns are met with and resolved with satisfaction. Overall I see myself working here for quite a few years more.

If you have any interview here by the reference or for the reference , I mustly Suggest you please don't go there .Go or wait for other companies but not this , you'll get much better than this. They will give such a bagger like salary in a 4 year bonds on date of joining as fresher , and on training period just giving 4500rs. On 5 months with no any facility . It's good company to become masters in multiple domains in less duration. Employee in Girmiti having 2 years of experience is equivalent to 5 years of experienced guy from other company. It's good for knowledge hungers.

In this company, above 65% marks they asked 4 years bond and 4L salary package. Below 65% marks they asked 3 years bond. In they are told me 15k yours hand in every month and remaining amount incentives. First 6 months 6k stifund. After 6 months Yours job was start.
