I was speaking with Danny D. And he was very helpful and very patient. I have talked to him several times about the scales and he has supplied me with the information that I needed. I talked to him in December of 20 and said I wasn t ready yet d so nice I just had started my company and didn t have the funds to purchase the scales at that time. He said ok I will contact you in a few months. He never called me because I called him before that time because I had more questions. So finally in Aug 21 I have enough funds to purchase them and install them to make my heavy haul trucking business run smoothly with out getting a ticket at the scale house. Thanks Danny I can t wait to get them on the truck and trailer.

Everyone at Air-Weigh is friendly and helpful. Anyone who answers the phone can walk you through how to set up your scales. They stand behind their product with a great warranty and will replace your scale if it fails. They stand behind their products and we have been very happy with their customer service.

Terrible company to work with. The customer service is non existent. The scales don't work at all. I tried to return a brand new unit and they would not take it back because "I" didn't buy it from them. They were condescending on the phone. Not the way any business should be run. Avoid this company at all cost.

EDIT: 11/20 - Thank you for your response. I am willing to contact your customer support team again, but only if you provide me with a specific person and number to call. I had a terrible experience with the last individual who told me that I was stuck with what I have because I bought it through one of your truck builders. I will note that this unit is new and still in the original packaging. I am not trying to be a jerk, but I want to be treated fairly. I have bought about $30,000 worth of scales this year.

After much research and deliberation we decided to buy air-weigh scales for our trucks and trailers. They were very easy to install and operate. We are now getting the most out of every load. There tech support and sales are top notch. We're extremely happy with our purchase.

Excellent product. Accurate to within 300 or 400 pounds. My first kit was still going strong after 12 years when I sold the truck. Just installed second kit in new truck.
