Terrible company to work with. The customer service is non existent. The scales don't work at all. I tried to return a brand new unit and they would not take it back because "I" didn't buy it from them. They were condescending on the phone. Not the way any business should be run. Avoid this company at all cost.

EDIT: 11/20 - Thank you for your response. I am willing to contact your customer support team again, but only if you provide me with a specific person and number to call. I had a terrible experience with the last individual who told me that I was stuck with what I have because I bought it through one of your truck builders. I will note that this unit is new and still in the original packaging. I am not trying to be a jerk, but I want to be treated fairly. I have bought about $30,000 worth of scales this year.
