Honestly one of the best agencies I ve ever worked with! All of the women here are incredibly nice and hard-working, and literally do their best to help find you the right job! I appreciate the work experience I ve gained through AimHire, 100% recommend!!

AimHIre did an excellent job connecting me to a finance company after college. I was very hesitant signing with a temp agency but they fulfilled their promise. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is there was miscommunication at the beginning. I was told that I would have a job within 2 weeks and it took a little longer which was perfectly okay and they made it correct and talked about the entire process. Would recommend to a friend especially young professionals who need a little assistance!!

Terrible, they do not return phone calls, very rude. This is the downtown office. Avoid.

AimHire was recommend to me by my previous company's HR department. I was losing my job due to the company pulling out of Denver and moving to Nashville. I met with AimHire and they gave me feedback on my resume and a few tips on interviewing which were very helpful. I accepted a position that I found on my own and soon after that I was contacted by Cassie for another position at a different company. I explained to her that I had already accepted a position and she pursued me and I was hired at my current company and I'm confident that I made the correct career move. AimHire is an amazing recruiting company. I was lucky enough to be contacted by them while I was applying to many places on Indeed. They do not play around and helped me find a job that not only has great benefits but is closed to my home as well. The recruiters truly listen and do their best to find you a position that suits your needs. I've tried to work with another recruiting company before but they were not responsive at all. AimHire has great communication and make you feel like you are being taken care of. I am very grateful to them and would recommend anyone looking for a job in Colorado to go with them. I worked with Aimhire over the past year and had a very pleasant experience. I am in graduate school and they were always very helpful about accommodating my unusual schedule and finding me fast employment. I don't really understand what some of the other reviewers wrote about the agency lying, as this was simply not my experience at all. I have worked with several different members of the staff, in both the Tech Center and downtown locations. I never had a bad experience and I have done about ten different assignments through them. All were pleasant experiences and there were no surprises. I would reccomend Aimhire to anyone looking for work.

I was interviewed and placed in the same day and have been very grateful to Aim Hire. They have a very friendly staff, and the variety of jobs they offer can get people a lot of experience in many different areas which is always helpful when looking for full-time work!

AimHire reached out to me through Linked In after graduating and within just a few days after meeting them, they connected me with a temp position at a medical device company. I was able to interview for two positions at this company and was offered a contracted position through AimHire. AimHire provided me with the tools necessary to be successful at my current job, which lead to a permanent position as well as a career path with a company that I truly enjoy working for. Throughout the process, they reached out to me to see how things were going and if anything had changed in the position details that they had given me. Overall, I'm very please with my experience and would recommend them to anyone in search of a new career path.

I had the pleasure of working with AimHire on a temporary assignment. I was hesitant to with with a placement agency as I never have before, however, I couldn't be more pleased with my time with them. Haley was the recruiter who helped place me and she was very professional, knowledgeable and curteous. All of the other staff that I interacted with were very helpful, professional, and always prompt in returning answers to questions via email or other medium. The website was easy to navigate and use for logging your time worked. I have had an amazing time working for Aim Hire. Graduating from college and being a little unsure of what I wanted in a career, this was the perfect opportunity for me to try new positions with different companies and get a taste of the corporate world. I have been with this company for just over 3 months and everyone that I have worked with have been so supportive and have always had the best interest in mind for me. This company had led me to numerous positions and have provided me with opportunities in meeting new people and has provided me with the growth for a future career path.

After several weeks of an unsuccessful job search and a few illegitmate interviews I was very greatful to come across Aim Hire. After receiving my resume they called and set up an interview. The initial interview was great, they were very friendly and I felt very confident when I left. I was just about to graduate with my undergrad and had no experience in the field I wanted to work in. Within just a couple of days they got me an interview with my ideal company. I got the job and although it is temporary they have already extended my contract. Aim Hire made finding a job a lot easier and I like the process better than searching on my own. They check your references, that way they only get called once instead of every prospective employer calling. They also negotiated a nice pay rate for me and I got more per hour than I initially thought I would be able to get. Although I do not have a permanent position I still feel comfortable knowing that Aim Hire will be there when this position ends and they got my foot in the door in the industry I want to work in. The experience I am gaining at this job will help me to achieve better positions in the future.

I have sent in countless applications to this company and their job listings and have not received one response, even though I am either a perfect fit or have expressed interest in multiple positions multiple times. Usually temp agencies respond to candidates with other positions if they aren't the right fit for the one they've applied for, but this agency is non-responsive to me at all.

Cory was awesome to work with, and did an excellent job of placing me in a perfect position to be successful. My contract position turned into a full time contract within 2 weeks. I recommend AimHire to everyone I know.

Within 24 hours of submitting my resume to them, despite zero accounting - HR - Oil & Gas experience, I had an interview and temp positions already offered. Never received additional information about the position I spoke with them about. This has happened both times I ve looked for employment through their agency. No calls back. No emails returned. Even when I called to follow up with them, they never returned my calls.

I was matched once with a company in the past through AimHire, and that company fired 3 people in the two months I was there. Both employees and employers should be vetted properly.

Im very disappointed with their process and lack of communication. My time is extremely valuable. Therein wasting time to come to talk with you about a potential job and never hearing back is unacceptable. Don t waste people s time please!

I am an extremely qualified candidate who quickly finds jobs and to no help of AimHire. Currently an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of one of the largest government agencies if that tells you anything about my qualifications.

My experience so far with AimHire has been a great one! They were very courteous and quick to help me find what I wanted with a new job. They were actually able to find me a position the day after I met with them and I started less than a week after that, and I have absolutely loved the position they put me in. It's an extremely professional and legitimate company that I would've never been able to find on my own. They are a great company that I would recommend to anyone trying to find a job quickly that offers excellent pay. To put the experience I had with this agency into one word it would probably have to be, dissapointed. I was a full time employed individual looking to get out of that position and seek something long term in admin, HR, or banking and sought out help from AimHire. The woman who contacted me, Allison or Alyssa, don't quite remember their names, reached out to me and said they'd love to help find something that fits. I took the time out of my day to go down to their downtown Denver office, printed out several resumes, and spent an hour in their office talking to them about what I was looking for. I left the office upset and dissatisfied with their response and crass manners toward me. The woman I spoke with and interviewed me didn't bother to let me fill out a pre employment form and she never followed up with me, not even once. And when I saw a job I felt would fit what I was looking for, the only response I received was "we will get back to you". The overall experience with this staffing agency was poor both on the customer service and communication stand point. I eventually found a full time gig on my own no thanks to this company. I would recommend against this agency.

I just moved into the Denver area, fresh out of college. Within a week of being here, AimHire had me come in for an assessment interview. One week later, they got me in front of a great company that I would most likely not have had the chance to interview with without their help. I was offered the job, and am starting my career on the right foot thanks to AimHire! Having a very helpful and friendly staff, I definitely recommend AimHire if you're looking to get your foot in the door with some great companies!

I really enjoyed the fluidity of the hiring process that AimHire uses, its an efficient process and fitting to both parties needs. The interview process was a friendly and open atmosphere, AimHire does a great job of understanding your needs in terms of employment as well as laying out all the key information about the potential company you could be working with. I would use them again if I am on the job market again.

Slightly disappointed in working with them.... interviewed with them and told them what I was ideally looking for, which was a front office administrative assistant position or receptionist position as I like being the first point of contact for customers and coworkers alike. They placed me in a position they explained to me as a"Jr Administrative assistant" and it ended up being nothing more than data entry and cold calling. I will admit we may have had a slight miscommunication in the beginning and that may have been partly my fault. But anyways I was looking forward to working with them as someone close to me spoke so highly of them, but after this initial experience they're just like any of the other agencies I've worked with in the past... not entirely truthful in the explanations about a position they present you with....

This agency is a real waste of time. I was working with a Alyssa Pols, out of the Englewood Colorado office, which amounted to nothing.
The position was with Delta Dental. Alyssa told me that my resume lacked a timeline entry. But instead of working with me to correct it, she let the job expire!

Aimhire has been an absolutely wonderful resource for me. I moved to Denver from Tennessee and had a job offer TWO DAYS later! This was my first time using a staffing agency and all of the lovely ladies at Aim were so helpful in navigating the process; they contacted me right away to interview, they even allowed a facetime interview since I hadn t moved from Tennessee just yet. Aimhire has great temporary and permanent jobs for a variety of professionals. Everyone who knows Aimhire around the Denver area speaks highly of how professional and detail oriented they are, and I couldn t agree more! Thank you Aim!

Really surprised to see all the positive reviews. I was called in to interview for a position, when I got to my appointment they told me they were no longer accepting applications for it. They had me wait for another interview for a job that was significantly less money (less than what the ad online stated too) but with potential which I was open to. Did all the paperwork and they said they would send my app over to the company. Never heard from the company they sent it to and never heard from aimhire again. Gave two stars because they were at least friendly.

I started to work with them before I had my degree, they said I would have better results waiting until I had my degree. After graduating I have put in for a couple of jobs through them but they do not call me back or respond in anyway. Go through Robert Half, they are much better.

Don't bother applying to their corporate positions if your a guy. I applied to a couple of their jobs because my friend worked there and told me about the openings. She said they only hire women and wont even interview men.

I have really enjoyed my experience with AimHire thus far. Everyone that I have met (in both the downtown and DTC offices) has been extremely friendly and personable. The atmosphere of their offices is very professional but also very welcoming and you can tell that they want the candidates coming in to feel comfortable. Since the initial interview, Raissa has been nothing but attentive and encouraging, and also confident about finding me a good job that is also a good fit. With Cathy going to bat for me as well, within about 2 weeks I secured a fantastic contract position. Signing on to have AimHire represent me in the job market was definitely the best thing I could have done while on the job hunt!

Was looking to get out of a negative job that I did not find fulfilling. Found AimHire through my job searches and they contacted me promptly! I Had an initial phone call from a Recruiter, and was then brought in for an interview a couple days later with an Account manager at AimHire. They set me up with an interview just a couple days after that, and I got the job! I have been working for this new company (currently I am contracted, hoping to be full time. fingers crossed!) for just a few days and I am really enjoying it! AimHire has been very helpful in checking in, making sure that I am settling in well. If this position does not work out for whatever reason, I am hoping to get the opportunity to continue working with AimHire to find another one that suits me well. I trust that they can help me, and anyone, find the right position!

The people at Aim Hire were so friendly and helpful. They were a fantastic resource and I recommend them to anyone.

Currently working for a large company that uses contractors. Through Aimhire, I get good benefits for single and 401k matching. Staff is responsive with expense reimbursement and never had an issue with paychecks. The initial interviewing process was great, they work with a variety of notable companies and I was able to interview a few companies and get hired within 2 weeks. Only down fall is there is little to no vacation days which can be discerning when other recruiting firms offer it to long term contractors. Over all, one of the better recruiting firms I have dealt with and I used to be a recruiter.

This was my first experience with a Staffing Agency, and AimHire has been absolutely fantastic! They found the perfect fit for my experience within 2 weeks, and have answered any questions that I have had along the way. I Definitely recommend their services!

I was thankful for the assistance in locating a job, but there was not follow up after months of waiting to be hired full time. I feel they could have worked harder for me to get a better offer and experience overall. They are a profit run business and I think they need re-evaluate what employers they send their job seekers to!

Strange recruiter behavior. If someone takes time out of their busy schedule to interview it's common decency to respond to their follow up. I wouldn't recommend this place, there are a lot of other great recruitment companies in Denver.

I question whether this is a legitimate business.

My initial brief experience with them was standard -- they responded to my first application quickly, called me in for an interview promptly, had me to complete new-hire paperwork on the spot, and asked me to take five clerical tests from home (I earned all high scores, btw). That's where the relationship ended. I've applied for a number of positions for which I am well qualified (their agency comes up frequently in craigslist postings). Nothing. I called and emailed one staff member directly about something. No response. I emailed the recruiter with whom I met. No response. It would be one thing if they were to say they have nothing available or that I'm not qualified etc., but it's as if they don't exist. Are they a drug front or laundering money? IDK, probably not but maybe so. Who knows in this day and age?!? The have all of my personal data, which bothers me. If nothing terrible happens, they've still wasted a lot of my time. They are unprofessional at best.

This is my first time working with an agencie and I had the best service. The team is amazing and they do their best to help find you the right job!

when I first moved to Denver from California I was struggling to find my place in a new work environment. Aimhire reached out to me via linkedin and greatly assisted with helping me find my way. They not only found me a great job but they gave me an abundance of options and really listened to what I wanted in a job. They are beyond friendly and easy to work with. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with them. I'm happy to no longer be a temp with my company but I will miss them!

I have worked with AimHire for over a year now and have loved second of it. I am currently enrolled in college in Washington but come home to Colorado for breaks. AimHire has been a godsend. I would never be able to find work outside of retail positions without them. They are so personable and professional. They have placed me in positions within a week of me being home and constantly are informing me once new positions open up.They are sure to give me all of the information required before I go to a job (i.e. location, position, supervisor, etc) so I am never unprepared. I have worked with both the DTC office and the downtown office and have nothing but positive things to say about every person that I have worked with. All in all, I would recommend AimHire to anyone who wants to get their foot in the door with outstanding companies.

A foul, lying staffing agency to avoid. I went out on three assignments with AimHire and was lied to each time as to the accurate details of the assignment. I was placed in ghetto, filthy office buildings.
