Very pathetic service, staff Doctors are highly irresponsible. Patient die or live it s not their responsibility. I am with my maa she loses her consciousness but dr even don t know that. They can t even provide oxygen to her so that we can shift her to another hospital. If u don t have any approach please don t go. My maa is fine but don t know what s in others destiny. So please don t go, we can manage money but not life.

My grandmother was admitted there in trauma centre as she was covid positive and her condition was also very critical and she died on 3 december at 4.00 pm but they didn't inform us and next day was video conferencing day so we didn't get any call about that and in tension we called hospital and we got to know that there is no patient of my grandmothers name we were shocked and then at 11.00 Am we recieved a call from mortuary.how selfish and simp they are such a irresponsible behaviour.i am very dissapointed from this as they played with my grandmothers life.

Worst staff and doctors here ..they treat like animal to mostly patients .... Education didnt teach only doctorate education teach first respect

Health services provided here are at par to Other top hospitals of the world.

Its the best hospital i ever know as i had to be their multiple times ,, i was their for almost an month. My family maber was involved in an accident,, got ultimate care,,, best doctors with great facilities,, neat and clean, great management team,, i solute u guys,, they just next to the god ,, god bless u all

World worst public hospital. There is no emergency time line to rescue the patient.They hrass the patient instead of help.

The doctors are good and quite experienced in their field.

The best thing about the place is that they do not seek to earn money by proscribing operations or expensive medicine, but only when it is required.

The worst thing about it is the patient management system. For instance, the attendant outside Dr Vivek Trikha's cabin during his scheduled period is extremely rude, arrogant, and thinks himself as a god. Such instances is what lets down such a great institution.

Dear all patients,
I had an accident on the highway the police had taken me to the AIIMS Trauma Center, but none of the staff helped me hospital nobody gave me medicine even though my head hurt the leg too much in the chest I reached the hospital at 9:00 pm but nobody treated me till 10:30 and did not even see the doctor, At 10:30, the doctor came, he told me, go get your x-ray done, I went to get x-rays with my broken leg. No one helped me very in responsible staff Or Doctors, Only god will protect patient.

My father's left hand has been operated here. Doctors and staff are well trained. They take care of their patients more than their families at their own homes,, infact patients are not forced to pay a lot. I salute such an excellent branch of medical care.

Today i heard about babytara case on crime petrol...hatsoff to all doctors and hospital

I went there in emergency case. It's very good in hygiene and other system. Treatment is good. Some days crowded .

It is a part of AIIMS ,New Delhi, Just near the Safdarjung Hospital ,just around 800 Meter from AIIMS Metro Gate 4. one of best and Premier Hospital specially for Trauma care

I got very bad experience.... They removed the plaster of my son after 6 weeks without seeing the final X ray report.... After that they again suggested 3 weeks more plaster....shame on their part

Neat and clean... And security is better than any government hospitals

If you are covid positive ignore going there, doctors wont even see you, they'll loose your records,only compounders and nurse will visit you.
They WON'T even bothered to give you medication on time.
I was in that hospital in April,we shifted after the pathetic services and worst doctor staff.
Will file a complaint on them,they won't tell you about your health, doctors are just eating their salary,they dnt visit the ward and they dnt care about the patient.

It's state of the art centre for trauma and sever assault injury. Best medication and facilities.

Best trauma centre of the country... But crowded now a days. Scarcity of beds is Major issue. It's under extension. Hope condition will improve.

Doctors facility is very good in terms being a Govt Facility.
They treat very serious cases and cure it.
My brother got thigh facture, they did the surgery and my brother started walking in 90 days.

I am myself a Sr Doctor, having seen many hospitals both government & private.I was admitted here as a pt.last year.This hospital has no parallel. Keep up the good work. Best Wishes !!

They did very late things.. My brother who was suffering nd waiting for the hand surgery.. bt the doctors always delay his operationoperation while saying today we will operateoperate or tomorrow.. Nd afterwards again they cancel it.. I lost my brother !!

Nice hospital for accident emergency, also neurosurgery and ortho, very gud surgeon are available at this hospital.

Very bad experience if you don't have approach then no one will pay attention. Doctor are good but other staff is non cooperative in emergency please first go and check the availability of bed and doctors only then take the patient to. The hospital otherwise you will suffer

Top notch, worlds best & most experienced medical service personnel and supporting staff who work tirelessly with one of the very good & on time facilities.
I would say this goverment owned hospital is comparably even better than those Big brand private Thief/Dacoit hospitals who are capable of charging upwards of 10 lacs for 10 days.

Even you come many of kilometres 40 percent doctors neglect patients and doing formality 60 percent staff really like a god Nd never give you details and any other information about patient only give 2 min government please do

I have been here today seeing Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) being given by doctors...what a quick decisive and fast actions being taken by trauma team, blood releasing is very fast, taking full efforts to save life of person, in last 12 hours they have saved life of 3 critical persons, who would have been dead if taken at other place. Thank you being a doctor I can say...you are in very safe hands.

Very good hospital staff are very cooperative specially for brain wounds and accident cases and it seems like a private hospital very neet and clean comparatively other govt hospitals in delhi........

Worst trauma centre I have ever seen my father got injured on Saturday they have taken lots of time they told us to get his x-ray done after the x-ray covid test it's take 6 hour's my father is in critical situation yesterday (on Saturday) we have admitted him but their staff said surgery will be done on Monday dr. Is not available he is on leave if patient is in critical situation how come they are not available they are taking leaves or staff is lying we have deposited all the amount but treatment is not done yet due to their so cold Saturday Sunday offs. Emergency me to 24*7 hour's doctors available hone chahiye na 48 hours hone jare he still they have not done anything my father is in pain I will suggest to everyone don't go there if your in critical situation they charged allot but not taking care of their patients.

This place is really good. I couldnt even believe that being a government body, it could be so neat and clean. There is proper system for everything here. Starting from booking appointment online to check up and treatment. You can book an appointment online by paying a nominal fee of Rs 10. The facility is huge, doctors are professional and helpful.

It s a trauma centre. Deals directly with patients who met accidents.

Everything is systemattically... And the doctor are too good.. They only focus on to save someone life. And they do it with all possible way.

The Trauma Centre provides all facilities for treatment quickly. Staff is helpful. Cleanliness is there. It is conveniently located on Mahatma Gandhi Marg Ring Road besides Safadarajng Hospital. There are 2 entries to this hospital. From Ring Road side I.e. North and from West Side I.e. Nauroji Nagar or Kamal Cinema side. Parking is available at nominal charges of Rs. 20 per 4 hours for cars.

Very bad experience no doctor was available there to see staff has seen and sent me back saying that its jst a twist but after few days i came to know that its legaiment tier
