Best quality medical care especially to patients involved in trauma

Worst hospital experience ever, subha se 6 hr hogye xray hogya ultrasound hogye but no doctor for consultation. There are on lunch from morning to evening. Just say be in line

Jai Prakash Narayan Apex Trauma Centre (JPNATC) has a chequered and long history of planning and control. First conceived in 1984 by the Delhi Government, land was acquired at Raj Nagar on the Ring Road about two kilometers from AIIMS. For 20 odd years nothing really happened on the ground. However, as the vision was to provide the best possible trauma services, Delhi government decided to hand over the project to All India Institute of Medical Sciences' (AIIMS) to run. Finally India's first full-fledged trauma centre to treat victims of road accidents became a reality in the year 2006. While the dry run began on 27 November 2006, the centre became fully functional on 26 November, 2007 when the casualty (emergency department) was thrown open to general public.

The total cost of constructing the centre was Rs 132 crores, and it is spread over an area of 20,600 sq metres and seven storeys that consist of five operation theatres, 152 inpatient and 30 casualty beds, including 26 ICU beds to provide both pre-hospital and emergency care. The centre also acts as a referral hospital, where patients sent by zonal public hospitals and satellite trauma centers will be observed and treated.

957 staff, including doctors, resident doctors, nurses and technical staff from specialties like neurosurgery, orthopedics, cardio-thoracic and vascular surgery, general surgery and plastic surgery were initially recruited to make the trauma centre functional.

*Canteen is not so good it's like ok
*There is parking facilities they charge to much as another parking

Some doctors are good as well as rude..
But over all if you want to come here then they ensure you to provide full treatment as possible..

No care in Safdar jung even in emergency case, most doctors even seniors are careless.

Some nurces have attitude issue and no atticute at all.. she know that how to shout on patients and their family members...She act like a big doctor or Hitler.. something like that... guards and Bouncer's are too good...
All the sisters and nurses are too stupid...

Best and Apex Institute for Trauma & Injuries. Best treatment and care given. But some employee are not good. When i visited there my BP was not measured but it's written in the discharge ticket. It's a very big loop hole.

Good place with expert doctors, they will help you if you will be kind in front of them .

Best treatment for emergency case. Best doctors and worst support staff (rude behavior)

I'm in AIIMS right now and since 6 am its 10 am and haven't received any dressing yet, my blood is dripping but i have to wait for my number which is 10th and there are no seats for patients to sit. Pathetic situation

They don't have doctor only single Doctor for MINOR OT and he has to go with patient for CT scan. As I have asked the staff they has told me that they have only one doctor for both, My patient has waited 2 hour for MINOR OT Doctor
Very disappointed with the Trauma Centre

AIIMS Trauma center is mainly meant for accident cases where patients are in very critical stage due to road accidents or other natural calamities .It is not meant for ordinary routine patients suffering from life style etc diseases . It has the best facilities , infrastructure and trained manpower but you can avail them to optimum level if you have political , bureaucratic high profile connection since this is govt institutions . However if you are rich and having paying capacity then you should avoid it because things move at snail pace at this institutions for ordinary people and patient may die unattended if you do not have powerful connections .There is popular adage about that the you needs to visit this center if you are mighty powerful or if you are bihari residents patient who have no money but wants quality treatment and can wait for as many days as he has nothing to gain or lose .

It is having a world class trauma care facilities and, staff, equipments, infrastructure and doctors are 5/5. I am having a personal experience and admire their role.

World very wrist staff here and guards are very bad he doesn't know anything about the rule and hospital

This center is trusted as much as not on its own. My son is 9 years old and today the trauma center where the services of state-of-the-art services, skilled doctors and all responsible staff are much appreciated. The son is with us today. I am proud of such trauma centers like hospitals in my country. I hope that they become even more, and become better.

AIIMS trauma centre is a government hospital with all the medical facilities. It's a totally free treatment hospital except charges that are applicable for x-ray, bed charge etc. That are also very very low. Due to the number of patients you have to stand in queue but at last you will have access to better treatment. Staff behaviour is very good. You can also get some medicine free not all. Cafeteria is also available here which serves good food at reasonable price.

There is no competition from the services & facilities of this hospital.

Best trauma centre in india.doctor's working is appreciable.facilities are more then any private hospital.on time better treatment then private hospital.patient's attendent not need any effort and not even a single rupee for best treatment in india.hats off to sheela gov. And manmohan gov. To build this great hope for road accidental patient.

Best hospital for all major trauma surgeries. Had been treated here for Tibial Plateau Type IV surgery by Dr. Vivek Trikha. Exceptional doctor, i'm doing awesome now.

The facilities are good. Drinking water facilities need to be improved. RO need to installed in large numbers.
Privare wards are very clean , gereral wards are also clean.
Security guards are sometimes rude but to maintain dsicipline they have to be at times.
Staff members are good. The work load on technicians is heavy.

This trauma centre is good bt some staff members are not doing good work and not concentrate on their work.

Most educated doctors from around the world,cleanest place and one would never get such advanced facilities even in a private hospital ....

Almost waited from night 1.30 till morning 5 pm for this doctor to review our report and came to know that this fellow is sleeping in resident doctor duty room.
God knows to how handle dese guys mentallity

My experience was really bad here..As i had a soft tissue injury n m nt even able to bent my leg or walk...despite of this the doctor ws nt giving me rest n told me to go to office only because he had to fill the essentials in the form n then type it..
He told me to wait for 10 mins n i waited for atleast 1.5 hours n he ignored me..poor service by the orthopedic SR..so negligent behaviour towards the staff(m working in AIIMS as ANS for past 27 yrs) n atlast he didnt give me medical.

The best medical centre for patients with severe injuries. Esp head injury and trauma cases

One of the Finest Hospital of India. Its Trauma Center of AIIMS. AIIMS is a Research Institution and is more than a Hospital. Its has Toppers and best scholars of the country through a very competitive selection process. The doctors are very helpful and generous. The sad part is that it is very overloaded by population because most of the people wants to get there treatment done here, which makes it a total Keos.

My brthr can stand properly now... A big thank u 4 whole team specially dr. Manish singhal... A rebirthing place 4 me... Can't explain fully in words...
