I m extremely disappointed in this company worst customer service I ve ever experienced in my life, Customer service representatives name was Brenda She was extremely rude and condescending, I had to send about 30 emails back-and-forth over the course of a month There s a guarantee on this product , I had a rash from ,Brenda was acting very unprofessional and spiteful ,I begged her for my refund or a partial refund I tried working with her she did not want to give me anything, She flat out lied and said FedEx came to pick up the product multiple times I have surveillance cameras and the doorbell camera No one came to pick up the product, I went to PayPal for help tried working it out with Brenda Through messaging She then later escalated The claim I put through PayPal ,PayPal seeing things my way gave me a full refund immediately, Not sure what s wrong with this lady but worst experience I ve ever had in my life trying to get a refund for a product that has a guarantee, I asked to speak to a manager she wouldn t give me any information Seems like they try to rip people for their money and lie about sending FedEx to pick it up! I will also be reporting this to the better business bureau as they have their label on their website!

I paid 23.99 for over night shipping and did not receive the next day i think i should get a refund for the shipping

I had great results using your product after having almost a 1/2 dollar size basil cell carcinoma removed from my neck, just below my right ear. They couldn't stitch it closed, so just left it open. I wore a bandage over it with Terrasil, applied on a non-stick gauze pad, changed twice daily.
I have photos starting from day one, taken each week, with dates.
See photos taken 1 week apart. My Dermatologist was surprised, also.

I have had a ulcer under the pad of my big toe for over 4 years. I started using Terrasil max strength for a year now. The ulcer cleared up and I did something stupid and it opened up again. It is almost healed thanks to this product and using as directed. I told the Podiatrist that I go to about this product and how well it works. He had another patient that used that and they had great results. This stuff is amazing. I would highly recommend this product. Really great stuff.
