Working for the place was a nightmare. They don't give you proper training Martin in shipping is an a**hole. They done care about their customers a bad place in general and very unprofessional. I've worked at some pretty bad places this is on my top 5 list. I was verbally abused at this facility by Martin and the lady who is recruiter was rude as hell!! I decided not to press charges towards this company. I read and know all the labor laws about assault & verbal abuse.... DO NOT WORK!!! HERE!!!

Great people and great product - a pleasure to work with!

I have been utilizing wholesale sign manufacturers for a number of years. I met AI Innovations at the sign show in 2017 and was eager to give them a chance as their pricing was outstanding. Needless to say, my experience with AI Innovations was the worst I've had in almost twelve years working in retail signage. Emails, phone calls and texts went unanswered for days on end. Delivery times kept changing and, ultimately, I missed three store openings because they did not deliver on time. I had to provide my customer with a 20% discount on their invoice. I requested that AI Innovations split the discount with our company and they refused. The owner of the company responded and stated that they do not guarantee delivery dates because they don't know what their production schedule will look like or whether or not equipment will break down. I really don't know how they stay in business. If you have a deadline absolutely do not use them.

AI Innovations has outstanding customer service, great products, and has always been our go to provider for all of our signage needs! Congrats to 19 years of service!

Worse place to pickup only truck here n took ovr 3hrs to get loaded will never come back here

This job is a toxic environment. Everytime employees asked for a raise, HR would use the excuse that they were having a "raise-freeze" no one would get a raise because of this and never gave a clear answer as to why there was a "raise-freeze" . There are good people working there that have potential, but the way they treat employees I don't see this company getting very far. Oh and last year during Christmas holiday and New Year holiday, they didn't pay the employees their full 8 hours for holiday pay, instead they only paid 4 hours each holiday day. All because of the excuse that someone stole a old tv from a back area that wasn't even supposed to be used as storage for anything. They made the employees suffer over this whole ordeal and underpaid us because of said situation. I'm so glad yo be out of this place. I hope everything works our for the owner of this establishment but by the way things are, I see this company not lasting longer than 5 more years.
