In our 4th year. We are so thankful for this organization. We love camping & all the great skills the girls learn & the lifelong friendships made. I decided to volunteer as a leader & it's been an incredibly rewarding experience.

My daughter entered AHG as a Pathfinder (kindergarten) and this fall she'll be a Patriot as she enters the 10th grade. We LOVE AHG and all of the opportunities it's given us! Whether it's studying the Underground Railroad while earning the Freedom Seekers badge, building airplanes out of cardboard for the Aviation badge, learning how to pipe flowers on a cake for the Cake Decorating badge, interviewing veterans for the Freedoms Heroes badge, or studying out what God thinks about her for the Daughter of the King badge, there have been SO many amazing experiences given to her though this program. Some of the community service opportunities she's had with her troop have been amazing as well like making a big Sunday dinner for some elderly people at a low income senior citizen home, placing flags by the military crosses at our local cemetery, sorting baby clothes for our local pregnancy center, making tie blankets for the elderly at Christmas, participating in packing shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child, baking cookies for a ministry that goes into minister at our local prison, and placing 1,700 Christmas wreaths on veterans Graves last Christmas with Wreaths Across America to name a few. There's been great outdoor experiences like camping including camping in a yurt and a tepee! My daughter knows what it means to honor her country and her flag. She's learning to be a leader to the younger girls coming up behind her while she's learning how to serve like Jesus did. After 10+ years in this program I'm just as sold on it as day one. AHG has been such a blessing. I'm grateful that we came across it all those years ago.

I've been in AHG for ten years now and I love it. It has been such a blessing to me. I have been able to learn skills and lessons that will help me in my future. It instills core values into girls from day one and teaches them to be young ladies for the King. If you want a great group for you little girl I seriously encourage this.

My daughter did this for 3 years. It was horrible. It wasn't fun at all, and then kids ended up vomiting. The camping trip that we went on wasn't fun, and there was a ''haunted'' cabin there, that all the girls were scared of.I'm so glad my daughter will never do this camp again. It's a waste of your money, and I wish it was more like girl scouts.
