I have been living at the (AHC) Community for years. The (AHC) INC Corporation is to cheap to hire a waste management company to get the trash from the dumpster. I am a current resident and it is unsanitary because at night there is alot of rats and racoons who have rabies. The crazy part about this is the property management is supposed to be affordable housing but it's not. I am a hard working educated professional human been that deserves to live in a clean environment. The other thing I can't stand about this company is there quick to take your money and don't care about the problems in the community. Basically half the year I have been sleeping without out A/C and Heat and the maintenance people our to lazy to fix these issues. Also in my bathroom in my apartment I have had a pipe break which has been a problem for half the year because water leaks everywhere. The staff is very rude and unprofessional It's almost like these individuals have no form of education. Basically this really makes the county look bad. (my advice to the county is clean up shop in the corporate office because this is a complete environmental health issue)

I lived at Spectrum Apartments, owned by AHC Management. My experience while at Spectrum was pleasant, but it has been a huge pain since moving out.

Due to ineptness from the office staff, bookkeeping of rent payments were not kept up do date. This led to a false record on my account and a decreased amount in my returned deposit. It has been nearly two months since trying to get the rest of my deposit back. I have been told twice that the check has been issued and processed, but nothing has turned up. The manager is impossible to get a hold of. Terrible customer service and clear dishonesty.

Unfortunately, I may need to take legal action. No tenant should need to deal with this headache, especially after 3 months from moving out.

I was denied for an apartment on April 12th 2020, it's now June 19th 2020 and they still haven't refunded my $100 holding fee. I've left several messages and haven't heard anything from anyone. I just want my money back

Update - I just received my refund. Its now September

Poor customer service! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I have had fleas, cockroaches and pest since the day I moved in. Management took no responsibility even though I waa a new resident. They refused to move me to a new unit even though I was having an allergic reaction to the chemicals the exterminator was using. I haven't been able to live in my "home" but still I am getting charged rent for an inhabitable apartment. The plumbing also doesn't work so when I do come here to gather what I have left after the flea infestation, I have to stop at the Giant nearby to pee! AGAIN DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!

Incompetent property management firm. Their staff turnaround is ridiculous! The community manager at our property is worthless! All they do is collect rent, but never input payments in the system on time. You can never reach anyone at the corporate office. If you send an e-mail, they are ignored.

I have lived at the shell shell apts and I just wanted to talk to someone responsible with no luck the phone keeps ringing and nobody answers. Is there any human responsible to answer my concern.
