The Oakman location is a lot better doctors seems to actually care. If you are pregnant I would not recommend coming here especially if this is your first pregnancy. The doctor doesn't seems like she cares or even gives you helpful tips about your first time becoming a mother. It is very hard to even get an ultrasound and I would make sure it's safe to take any medicine they tell you take if your pregnant I went to another doctor to get a second opinion and they were so grateful I followed my gut feeling and didn't take the medicine the doctor prescribed to me to take for an infection I had while pregnant which was very dangerous for my fetus if I were to take it.

I ve been trying for a month to get my prescription. I went back in and they still screwed it up. I ve been calling everyday and keep getting we re going to have to call you tomorrow . They don t call me and I m sick of calling them. Healthcare is supposed to work for me not me work for it.

Dr Cliff, your office is not doing a good job. I feel let down and I m so disappointed in your service. I do not recommend this place

By far the worst patient service I've experienced from a medical institution. Dr. Anthony Harris time management is horrible. 1 star goes to the front desk staff for their professional etiquette. I arrived early for my 10:30am appt, waited 30 minutes for the doctor without any reason for delay at all. I canceled my appointment and will not be a returning patient of Advantage Health. The biggest disadvantage of all time...literally.

I have been a patient since 2012. I have had nothing but excellent service since. The staff and doctors are concerned, caring, kind, and compassionate. What more could you ask for from a clinic. I recommend them to all who are looking for a primary care facility.

My my appointment was 3:30 they had me wait untill 4:50 and they told me they can not take me anymore and they want me to reschedule my appointment.
this is my third time I'm rescheduling my appointment.
