Berries are great but needs major work on customer service.

Enough to make the great berries not worth it.

I missed pick up on a $20 Saturday market order and called with the offer to come pick it up at their farm location that afternoon. After a series of unhelpful comments, she finally said, Sorry, we re about to close...How about Tuesday?... By the way, they re wet because it was raining.

Fortunately I ve been warned in the past BY AGRIBERRY employees when I picked up raspberries that had also been left in the rain by then to immediately lay them out to dry, or they ll spoil very quickly.

So my first poor experience led me to say in my second one, Tuesday won t work. They ll definitely spoil in 3 days. So there s absolutely nothing else you can do for me?

Clearly the answer was no.

A set policy instead of a long, unproductive and sometimes offensive conversation would probably be something to consider.

I love my CSA shares from Agriberry. Their berries and fruit are locally grown They are beautifully selected for my weekly consumption. I've been a CSA member almost from the beginning. I look forward to my different shares each week as the season slowly changes. Agriberry is one of only a few fruit CSA's in the country. All the staff are friendly and knowledgable.

RUDE.. I JUST LEFT THEIR STAND IN FOREST HILL PARK..NEITHER SAID HELLO..NEITHER SAID HOW CAN I HELP YOU..I GUESS I WASN'T THE RIGHT COLOR. Take your business somewhere else.

We love Agriberry Farm and being members of the CSA! Everyone is friendly when we stop by to pick up our farm share or to purchase some extras. Very fortunate to have them close by!

Berries are delicious, grown locally and picked by locals. Wonderful and conscientious staff of high integrity. Support local farmers!

This was our first year with Agriberry Farm's CSA although we belong to several others. We have been very pleased with the quality of the fruit, the amount in our share and the friendliness of the employees. We will definitely be back next year and can't wait for spring to arrive.

Owner is the rudest person I have ever met. They re not so great that she can mistreat her customers. I wouldn t give them the time of day and I was a loyal customer for many years. Don t bother.
