Berries are great but needs major work on customer service.

Enough to make the great berries not worth it.

I missed pick up on a $20 Saturday market order and called with the offer to come pick it up at their farm location that afternoon. After a series of unhelpful comments, she finally said, Sorry, we re about to close...How about Tuesday?... By the way, they re wet because it was raining.

Fortunately I ve been warned in the past BY AGRIBERRY employees when I picked up raspberries that had also been left in the rain by then to immediately lay them out to dry, or they ll spoil very quickly.

So my first poor experience led me to say in my second one, Tuesday won t work. They ll definitely spoil in 3 days. So there s absolutely nothing else you can do for me?

Clearly the answer was no.

A set policy instead of a long, unproductive and sometimes offensive conversation would probably be something to consider.
