Definition of Cowboys and loan shark is this company, poor customer service they don't care even you are on death bed still required they money, imagine during COVID the jobs dry out, they didn't care about personal circumstances,
And they repossessed the car and sell it on loss ,
Just avoid this company by any means necessary

I Received a very good service from Start line, I’m on my second purchase with this company.
They made contact with me a day after my purchase to make sure that I understood my contract with them and that I was dealt with properly at the motor dealers.
He asked if there was any thing I wanted to ask.
The Gentleman man was very pleasant and patient he was able to answer my question in full.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, had no help over the pandemic. Continues phone calls from my end, never get call backs or any help from them. Do not seem to be interested in helping people who are suffering from the pandemic economy. I wish I never used this finance company, I m making an official complaint to the FCA

Good customer service but terrible interest rates... despite how good your credit history and salary is! Kept being told that what was on offer was fantastic... but truly, they were manipulating my young age and lack of knowledge within the finance area.

You can get better rates elsewhere! Try your bank, they may offer loans with cheaper rates... as I found out my one did specifically for car purchases.

If you can avoid this company. Their interest rate is off the scale. I paid off my finance after 7 months after taking it out. After a month they still not added the money to my account, I have provided multiple bank statements to prove where the funds came from. All monies were proved by bank statements and still I am waiting, my credit file still showing that I owe them monies after I have already paid in full. Customer service is poor also

I would strongly recommend, from beginning to the end very helpful. I was desperate for a car that time my credit score was low and had issues with money but got the car I needed through checking online I couldn't collect they brought the car home. Every thing went smoothly until I finished paying my instalments. Thank you startline I'm grateful.

They will try to scam you for more money because they pause payments because of covid under goverment guidelines but now want it all in one payments with interest. Instead of adding it to the end of the finance like they said they would dont trust them they lie it wasnt paused

Startline are fab. Highly recommend them.
Had no issues with them. Found the car i wanted. Absolutely love it.
Didn't take long for them to get off the mark and get everything sorted.
Its not startline you have to worry about its dealing with the dealerships themselves with arranging to go pick up the car.
Very reliable and they are all very friendly on the other end of the phone and willing to communicate via email and via text.
