There is no repair service in the center. Send the watch for repair at your own risk. Facilities and do not make contact, the watch is with them for two weeks. Charger cost for Polar watch 170 !!! NIS. Service manager who does not return after 2 messages. Beyond that think you are their supplier.

New watches. The third time, two years ago, changed my watch. Today I was there again after the fourth break, and they demand NIS 350 for repairing the part. Instead of admitting there is a problem with the watch, I am accused of beating him and so the part is broken. At NIS 350, I can buy a new watch on Amazon. It's a shame it's the service, and it's a shame for denying the problem that I understand is a known problem with this watch
