Peak Fitness USA Review

Facility was always nice and clean with plenty of options for fitness. However, the staff was usually rude, giving the impression that they had better things to do than talk to a paying customer. I dug all around the app to learn how to cancel my membership and couldn't find any information or options, so I called. The lady was short with me while telling me I had to go in or email. I told her I moved, so it would have to be email. She gave me the email address and hung up. Terrible phone etiquette. I'm glad my money won't be going to this business anymore.

So far it has been a positive experience, came here from planet fitness and I couldn't be happier.

Doesn't matter if you're a novice lifter or a pro, this is the perfect place to lift weights. Good front desk service and hospitality also.

If BEST BUY & other businesses can give out FREE MASKS so can you guys. Especially if we're paying FULL PRICE for 85% of the gym. Its greedy & not reducing the virus anymore by not letting PAYING MEMBERS in let alone charging for cheap masks

Peak fitness on State has some lazy child care employees. They are not all bad but Unfortunately some just sit there and do nothing. I go to this gym because of child care. What's the point of paying for something that's just not that great and only good sometimes. This is not the first time something like this has happened. Please hire better child care employees.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. Super friendly, encouraging and helpful. I love my personal trainer! There's a great selection of machines and a great variety of classes through out the week!
