The customer experience with this tech company was just okay. While their products are decent, the customer service could use improvement. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries and I felt like my concerns weren't fully addressed. The delivery of the product was on time, but the packaging was a little underwhelming. I think there is potential for this company to improve, but they need to prioritize customer satisfaction.
