Pros

The company is seeking employees who are looking to work for a company long term. I started with Ageatia Global right out of college 5 1/2 years ago and have been here ever since. Upper management has truly set a culture where if you come in and are willing to work hard and listen to your mentors, you will see success. Not only that, but you'll gain friends in the process.

Cons

Things don't always come easy. There are plenty of obstacles along the way. If you're not willing to stick it out when things get tough, it's probably not the right fit.
