We have been a customer of Agaphone since September, we are very satisfied with their services. We won thanks to them a few customers because they provide us with a regular hotline (from 7am to 10pm) and we can focus on our core business.

The service is very good! very qualitative.

on the other hand, I did not appreciate that my 2019 package was at more than 500e / m and that nobody from agaphone contacted me to warn me that I was consuming almost ... 300e / month, a saving that i could have made important.

however, for 2020, I have changed my monthly plan to 150e / m and agaphone contacts me to recommend me to increase my plan because my consumption is higher than my plan ....
what do you think of this ..profitable situation for whom?
