Didn't properly notify customers of the change in the way payments can be received. Two agents told me a notice was sent out. When I spoke to an Escalations Manager she told me no notifications were sent out and it was updated on the website. This is negligence to me! Now I have to go through steps to cancel checks and still receive calls from them about nonpayment.
Been with them since August 2015. Really can't complain about them, they have always work with my husband when he was late making a payment, even tho they called all day and night but that's understandable. The only thing I don't like about this company you can not keep up with your balance owe, even tho we have our western Union records that still don't break it down to what's really owed. Would love if we were able to access our account. But any who they alright in my book, its pretty much what expected for a 2nd chance loan company.
they are the worse lender they charge extreme fees and have horrible customer service, stay away and don't use them as a lender EVER!!!!
THEY GAVE ME 2K LOAN ON MY CAR AND I HAD TO PAY ALMOST $12K! THEY WERE OFFENSIVE OVER THE PHONE AND WHWN I ASKED FOR A MANAGER I GOT ONLY RUDENESS FROM AFS! ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE AND TERMS , ALL OF THE IMPORTANT STUFF WAS IN A SMALL SCRIPT!!!!!
Horrible customer service, they will never help with anything. Tried getting a payment history called 8 times in 2 months never got it. Paid of my car tried getting out of auto pay they couldn't do it. I had to call my bank. Tried getting my login information they couldn't give me that or reset it either.
Ellie was great in working with me. I give her 5 stars but her manager was a difficult man to work with. He was rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. He needs to find another profession.
They said they didn't not get my payment so payed it by debit card the next day they put the check in and over draft my account and would not refund my money they did it to me twice
This company is the Lowest of the low, they pretend that they have not gotten your check and bully you into paying by debit card, then 2 days later they process your check for payment and charge you all kinds of extra fees on top of screwing up your checking account...
Besides the fact that when you call you can understand them as they can not speak proper English....dont trust these cons...
I'm very disappointed with their relationship with their customers! Very unfriendly costumer service!
