Didn't properly notify customers of the change in the way payments can be received. Two agents told me a notice was sent out. When I spoke to an Escalations Manager she told me no notifications were sent out and it was updated on the website. This is negligence to me! Now I have to go through steps to cancel checks and still receive calls from them about nonpayment.
