Great employees! Amanda patiently explained the internet and tv programs and saved me money! Nick is the best installer I've ever had. He showed up for a morning appointment with temperature of about zero degrees F. and he cheerfully and masterfully got the job done. These are employees you can TRUST!

Much like one of the previous reviews, we were not told it was Hughes Net until installation. We also asked the questions about data caps and throttling as well as contract commitment and were told there was no contract or data limits. Installation at our place was terrible, as the wind moved turned the dish within a week and we had no signal. Dish was place about 50 feet from the house in the spot with the best sight line. Cable was rolled out on the hillside to the house above ground. It was a partial truth stating no data caps, it is throttles to a snails pace after 20 GB. According to Hughes I was at my 20GB within a couple days.
After 3 weeks with my new provider I have streamed flawlessly more than we had with AFPC and are only at 7.7 GB. Streaming was constantly interrupted even at the high speed. I have tried to contact with no luck. I have left multiple voicemails with no return call. Thanks for nothing AFPC!

I recently had a huge problem with my internet, it didn t work very good at all after having recently having it installed. I called for support and the First Lady I spoke with was not helpful at all . Then I called again a few days later . I spoke with an agent named Hugh . This agent was the kindest , most helpful , understanding person . He not only took time to look things up and explain how to fix the problem he walked me thru it . He is a man anyone would want on their team . Very kind, extremely helpful , he walked me through setting the resolution on my TVs , he worked with tech support to help me . He worked with management to make sure I was completely taken care of . I must say if I could rate his help with stars , they would be unlimited! Thank you Hugh for your kindness, caring, and making sure all was taken care of before we hung up . You are the best .

Our former internet was difficult to reach and sometimes hard to understand the person who was "helping". We needed a tech to come out to do a repair to the line but they don't handle that. So, we tried twice to get a hold of where they told us to go and no one ever got back to us. So, AFPC had a sign at the end of our road, called them, Josh was great! He even took care of cancelling the other service and we have had good speed. We can watch Netflix which was almost impossible before. Very happy with AFPC.

Very professional and courteous. The technician worked within the perimeters specified and did a great job. He took the time to explain the equipment and answer all questions to my satisfaction. I will recommend AFPC to my friends.

Amanda sold me internet service with deceptive techniques. She never told me it was hughes net and made it sound like it was AFPC internet service. She also told me there are no data caps. There are data caps. She told me a could back out of the service within a 30 day trial period. When I went to cancel, she told me I could not cancel the service and had to call hughes net. Why do I have to call hughes net when you told me it's AFPC Service. I than call Hughes net and they tell me I've already started my 2 year contract and there's a 400 cancellation fee. Amanda told me more than once that there was a trial period and I could cancel risk free. Shame on you Amanda for your lies.

I was very happy with James Fairfield, he was very polite and friendly and went over and beyond what he would have had to do. We are so thankful that he cleaned up our old stuff outside. We are great full. Thank you for such a great job

Switched from viasat/excede and couldn't be happier. Friendly service and cheaper than I was paying. The only thing I don't like is that when you need to contact Hughes, you pretty much have to go thru email cuz getting someone on the phone takes forever.

Ordering my Hughes Net internet/phone service was very quick and easy. Amanda did a great job explaining all the features and answering all questions before and after the installation of the equipment. Cameron did the complete installation of my internet and voice/phone service. He did a very professional first class job installing the equipment, he was very neat and clean from start to finish. I would highly recommend Amanda, Cameron and the Hughes Net Company!!

Worst internet service! They lie to you and sell you Hughesnet. Tell you there are no data caps - there are. Installation issues they will not fix. Streaming is ALWAYS buffering! I will be contacting a lawyer to find out my rights as I have only had this service for 10 days. DO NOT do business here you will be sorry. Worst mistake I could have made!

Horrible experience, have never felt so scammed.. amanda told us we'd have no issues working remotely, streaming, or using mobile phones, and literally nothing worked. They then tried to charge me to have a tech come back days after the initial installation. Trying to cancel was a nightmare, and they tried to charge over $800 to cancel when I was told it was $400. I've never been so happy to pay $400 to not speak to a company again. RUN, dont walk away from this company. Junk service and product all around. Please dont make the mistake of trusting any of the positive reviews, or lies amanda and the sales team may tell you.

First month of service was ok, not good or great, just ok. After that it became worse and worse. This is Hughes net garbage. They re not even close to what they claim for streaming capabilities. We can t watch movies, or online game. We actually turn off wi-fi half the time because it s so slow. Would strongly not recommend anything from Hughes net (Afpc)
