Good company with worst HR's.

Good company with worst HR's.
I cleared all rounds of interview and HR, a lady called me and told me that you got selected. Salary discussion was done and after that no info, no calls, no messages after multiple emails and by the way she is very arrogant. Don't know how to talk with an employee showing that she is the CEO of company.
If am not selected that's okay but even after selecting and with out offer means that feeling hurts a lot.
Please, I am requesting you don't make false promises.
HR's attitude is the only reason for which i am giving low rating except that company is very good in all aspects.
