I'm having trouble trying to contact you to keep my contract from auto-renewing. I've both emailed and called the phone numbers without luck on multiple days. The emails are bouncing back. The phone number doesn't give a clear option for people who aren't business owners.
If I could give this no stars I would without hesitation. This is a fraudulent company that takes money out of your account without authorization and then wants to double charge you when you go through your bank to get it back. They work hand in hand with Achieve Test Prep and both companies are crooks and scammers. Stay far, far away!!! Check the reviews and see how crooked they really are! They pose as a corporation, but as soon as they don't get the money they want, they become a "debt collector", I for one will not allow them to destroy my credit rating, I worked way too hard for it!
The worst of the worst, they are scammers, along with Parks Taekwondo, we try to cancel the membership and we couldn't because Parks sold their agreement to these people, they are the BIGGEST SCAM EVER, it cost me over 3k on services never used by us, stay away from them

$30 late fee without notice if your card on file doesn't work for whatever reason. Imagine your card gets declined at the grocery store and they instantly charge you an extra $30. That's the kind of filthy scam this company is running.

This company is billing my account after a cancellation notice was given. We signed a 6-month contract and they are trying to collect for a 7th month. They are scammers! Don't EVER work with this company or sign anything in association with them.
This company bought our credit card number from an old health club membership that was paid over 10 years ago, then billed our account fraudulently.
I work there cleaning. I dont understand stand why it has a pic of food. It's a business not a restaurant
I asked them to remove the item they put on my credit report because they are not reporting it correctly. I begged with them that they are causing my barely perfect credit score to drop unnecessary and Im trying to buy a house. I spoke w a supervisor and she kept repeating the same thing over and over so I did the same. After 15 mins of going round and round she said she would put me on hold, I said Im not hanging up tell w find a solution. Put on hold for 45 more mins and then finally someone hung up on me. FYI my bill is current and they still report nothing.
This corporation is crooked!! There way of business is so wrong! I will never ever again in my life sign anything with AAC at the top! I suggest you all do the same! And the customer service is beyond rude! And are practically useless! This business should be shut down the fact you have a over all 1.6 rating says so much about this business.
This company is a bill collector of the lowest order. They specialize in buying the questionably obtained debt of health clubs and bankrupt outfits, and then they bill the customers for services never rendered. It's a miracle they are still in business. If you or your relatives work here, you should be ashamed.
I have never had a problem with this company. Customer service has always been top notch and friendly. I have been a customer with ACC for over 10 years and very satisfied!
If you see the name of this company DO NOT SIGN!!!! Horrible customer service!! I am terrified to see what else will go wrong with this company after reading the reviews. I called in for help retrieving a copy of the contract. They refused to provide it without a signed LOI. I had to mention I received an email that mentioned pulling it up online but I didnt do that because I wasnt able to get logged in. I was locked out of my account. She said she would have to call tech support and call me back. I asked to speak with a supervisor after her rustling the headset and smacking in my ear and refusing to help me. Stacy said "all my supervisors are in a meeting" Then a supervisor finally got on the phone after 14 minutes and said she was sitting there listening?!! She stated her name as Angela Masters.

I sent a letter to these people to update them that master Lee from Lee's chinese martial arts federation has verbally agreed to rescind the contract as advised from my lawyer making me legally free from my contract which means they can't be contacting me anymore and I don't owe anything since the contract holder has already agreed to rescind and just sent me another letter asking me again to give them my account number thinking they can do anything like you're too obtuse to understand, you people shouldn't be operating anymore
If I could give 0 stars I would. Even if your contract states that it ends on a specified date, they will auto-renew after that date, even if services are no longer being rendered or utilized by the parties involved. Try to cancel and they will force you to pay another 30 days worth of your contract and refuse to cancel it the day of. I will never do business with any company or organization that affiliates with a business such as AAC that operates under these pretenses.
Read your contracts. The way they set up their documents, your billing cycle renews itself automatically, and I got stuck with a few hundred dollars worth of services I never even used when my contract was up. After you cancel, it takes 30 days to process the request, so be ready for another month of payments.
Oh, and be aware, when your contract is up with them, the account lists on your credit score as closed, and your credit gets dinged, even though I'm still paying them for another 30 days
A lot of the issues stem from the contracts a lot of us signed - due to us not fully reading/understanding them - this is more our fault than their fault, for they are just doing their job and can charge small fees if we are not fully cooperative - such as not paying them, informing them of a need card, or etc. The representatives I was in contact with were helpful and polite, despite the obvious stress a person would be in this scenario. The only thing I would recommend fixing would be their email system, for I only got one statement from them and it showed up in my spam section the amount I ended up paying would have been lowered if I received the earlier statements - which do show up on my account. I don't know if there is anyway to prevent the emails from showing up there, but perhaps something can be done about it. I am unsure if I received any other email from them before the collection statement, but I don't believe I did - which could have been a clerical error.

This company is associated with Dojo Kyle Jujitsu, and they over charge people. Its suppose to be a 12 month contract but its actually13 months if they counted a little better. This company pretty much does the dirty work for companies. I will never do business again with anyone associated with this company.
If you ever see this name run as fast as you can. If you look into the emails that reviewed it with 5 stars you can tell even that's a scam.
