A lot of the issues stem from the contracts a lot of us signed - due to us not fully reading/understanding them - this is more our fault than their fault, for they are just doing their job and can charge small fees if we are not fully cooperative - such as not paying them, informing them of a need card, or etc. The representatives I was in contact with were helpful and polite, despite the obvious stress a person would be in this scenario. The only thing I would recommend fixing would be their email system, for I only got one statement from them and it showed up in my spam section the amount I ended up paying would have been lowered if I received the earlier statements - which do show up on my account. I don't know if there is anyway to prevent the emails from showing up there, but perhaps something can be done about it. I am unsure if I received any other email from them before the collection statement, but I don't believe I did - which could have been a clerical error.
