Their customer service is great but almost every time their prices are actually higher than the Toyota dealership. For a job that the would count as 2 hours Toyota said it should take only half hour if most at 1. Pricing was way higher at aersi. When it comes to mechanic work and expensive repairs, customer service can only go so far.

Joe and his staff were very honest and professional. I had a major repair performed and I am 100% satisfied with the quality and the speed of the work performed. I would highly recommend AERSI to anyone that owns a Toyota or Lexus! These guys know their stuff and are willing to take the time to explain things to their customers!

I ll never bring my Toyota anywhere else. Last year I had an issue with the brakes and my highlander left me stranded. We had it towed to Aersi because my brother in law (who knows a lot about cars) said they were good. Joe took such good care of me and went over my options to fix it. It was fixed in a day. Since then I continue to come back for my maintenance/oil changes because I know they re honest and they do a good job. Thanks Joe for taking care of us!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Not only are they very nice to interact with and do great work, but they're very honest too.

Example #1: I go in for oil change and tell them I think it might also be getting time to get new brakes. They change the oil and say "nope, brakes look fine. We'll keep an eye on them and tell you when it's time."

Example #2: had a battery die on me and AAA roadside assistance guy said it looked like my alternator may be bad. Took it into Aersi, they spend 10 minutes testing it out, and say "nope, alternator fine. Probably died just b/c you don't drive this car much. No charge." I said, "no, no I need to pay you guys something for you time!". They wouldn't take it.

AERSI is the best mechanic shop experience I've ever had. I'm not exaggerating, they're that good. The mechanics are quick and efficient, but are thorough. The owners are friendly, funny, and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable with the repairs done to your car. In certain things, they do charge more than other places, but I believe that extra cost is worth it knowing that the job is getting done right the first time. They also have loaner cars in case your repair takes longer than a few hours to complete. I can go on and on, but below is my experience dealing with them. If you have a Toyota, Scion, or Lexus, only take it to them. Your time and money will be respected and appreciated at this shop.

I took a used 2011 Camry to them for a Pre-Buy Inspection. I was cautiously optimistic about the car, because I was buying it from a "Buy Here Pay Here" place, and I know most will find clever ways to hide problems with their cars. Other than a few cosmetic issues, and a battery that needed to be replaced, they said the car was in good condition and a solid investment. That assessment has been holding strong and I'm loving my new Camry. They really relieved my concerns, and made an otherwise stressful day, much easier to bare.

Listening to their advice, I took my car to several After Market Part stores to have the battery tested, and they all said I needed a new battery. Most were surprised that a 4 year old EverStart Walmart Battery lasted that long considering their poor track record of reliability.

I went back a week later to have my tires balanced and the car's battery replaced. While they were balancing my car, they advised me to change the lug nuts on my car, because they were designed to only be taken off by the dealership, and would make it nearly impossible for me to change a flat tire. I asked if they could change all 20 lug nuts for me, but I was told it would cost $60 to do so. Instead, the owner said to shop on Amazon and get them for a third of the price they would charge me. He even showed me how to search for them. I was blown away by his honesty and willingness to help me out. But, it gets better.

The battery tested bad, again. I was ready to buy an Interstate battery through them, but he told me the labor charge to replace the battery would be an extra $58, on top of the cost of the $140 battery. Since I had spent $56 on the balancing work, I didn't have enough to pay for the battery and labor to replace it. The owner, in another mind blowing moment of honesty and generosity, told me that Interstate Battery's office was a couple hundred feet down the road, and that I could buy the battery through them, which includes a free replacement/installation.

9/10 shops would have omitted those details to make a quick profit, AERSI looks at the long term, and really wins it's customer's loyalty through honesty and exceptional work. I'm planning on taking my Toyota to them for any major repairs and maintenance from now. They've really gone above and beyond to prove why they're best in town.

I recently had my second bad experience with AErsi. I am a Prius driver and travel a lot year round and buy use Prius while in town and sell when I leave. With one of my older Prius is I had to pay $100 to diagnose the inverter water pump and then they quoted me a ridiculous price to replace it. I have a contact who works on Prius at a shop in Trenton will replace the part Toyota OEM for less than half what they were charging. now recently, A potential buyer uses them for a pre-sale inspection. Although my Prius has a little rust on the bottom which most parts are replaced and nothing is wrong mechanically just some exterior rust he told me a bushing on my front control arm was showing play, which actually only needed a bolt tightened on control arm, and that considering the underbody work it was in an accident, which it wasn t absolutely. Anyway I gave them two stars and not one because I m sure when they do work, it is quality but it is such a high price rip off that I would just go to Toyota at that point.

This place is great! They only work on Toyotas, and they know everything about them. The staff is super helpful and honest - they'll tell you when the dealer can do a job cheaper than they can. I'm a little sad my next car isn't going to be a Toyota!

Joe and his team did incredible work on my 2006 Highlander hybrid. I m so happy I found this shop! Much better customer service than the dealership and a far better overall experience. Quality workmanship and they really care about honest and good customer service. I will go back here anytime I need maintenance or repairs for my vehicle.

Aersi is the only honest shop I've found in Gainesville. No, they're not the cheapest, nor should they be. You get what you pay for. If you want things done right, go to Aersi. If you want a half-done job performed by mouth-breathing idiots using low quality materials, feel free to go anywhere else in town.

Friendly customer service. Had a problem with my Lexus sensors on the tires. They took it all apart and tried to reprogram. The sensors were faulty so they put it all back together and didn t charge me for it. I really appreciate them and will use them in the future.
