AERSI is the best mechanic shop experience I've ever had. I'm not exaggerating, they're that good. The mechanics are quick and efficient, but are thorough. The owners are friendly, funny, and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable with the repairs done to your car. In certain things, they do charge more than other places, but I believe that extra cost is worth it knowing that the job is getting done right the first time. They also have loaner cars in case your repair takes longer than a few hours to complete. I can go on and on, but below is my experience dealing with them. If you have a Toyota, Scion, or Lexus, only take it to them. Your time and money will be respected and appreciated at this shop.

I took a used 2011 Camry to them for a Pre-Buy Inspection. I was cautiously optimistic about the car, because I was buying it from a "Buy Here Pay Here" place, and I know most will find clever ways to hide problems with their cars. Other than a few cosmetic issues, and a battery that needed to be replaced, they said the car was in good condition and a solid investment. That assessment has been holding strong and I'm loving my new Camry. They really relieved my concerns, and made an otherwise stressful day, much easier to bare.

Listening to their advice, I took my car to several After Market Part stores to have the battery tested, and they all said I needed a new battery. Most were surprised that a 4 year old EverStart Walmart Battery lasted that long considering their poor track record of reliability.

I went back a week later to have my tires balanced and the car's battery replaced. While they were balancing my car, they advised me to change the lug nuts on my car, because they were designed to only be taken off by the dealership, and would make it nearly impossible for me to change a flat tire. I asked if they could change all 20 lug nuts for me, but I was told it would cost $60 to do so. Instead, the owner said to shop on Amazon and get them for a third of the price they would charge me. He even showed me how to search for them. I was blown away by his honesty and willingness to help me out. But, it gets better.

The battery tested bad, again. I was ready to buy an Interstate battery through them, but he told me the labor charge to replace the battery would be an extra $58, on top of the cost of the $140 battery. Since I had spent $56 on the balancing work, I didn't have enough to pay for the battery and labor to replace it. The owner, in another mind blowing moment of honesty and generosity, told me that Interstate Battery's office was a couple hundred feet down the road, and that I could buy the battery through them, which includes a free replacement/installation.

9/10 shops would have omitted those details to make a quick profit, AERSI looks at the long term, and really wins it's customer's loyalty through honesty and exceptional work. I'm planning on taking my Toyota to them for any major repairs and maintenance from now. They've really gone above and beyond to prove why they're best in town.
