Very bad customer service, very unprofessional people, if you are asked to provide service to them, you rather not to serve them or you have to let them sign a paper that they will pay you the amount you want or ask for money upfront. The boss Igor looks a nice person but definitely employees are not at the right place, they don't know even how to answer the phone and if you ask for something , they play the game of I can't hear you and they hangup, and if you recall again they will not answer you.
