Worst experience I ever got in a European airport!

With prior research, I wanted to board bus 183 or 285 to the centre coz it s much much cheaper. Arrived there almost midnight and found the sign post extremely confusing.
I landed in Orly 3 which basically means Terminal 3. On my way out, there was only sign post on my right side and nothing on my left. Following the sign with the word bus on my right expecting to find the public bus but no. After a 5 minute walk, it led me to the gate where Le Direct Coach departed. I walked outside and it was hopeless! Apart from the Le Direct Coach there was no other bus out there.

Coming back inside to information board, it only showed information of the train (which was unavailable at that late night) and coach (which was 5 times more expensive!). It was already midnight so I decided to go with the expensive option, buying the coach ticket from the vending machine. The service I chose was Orly Bus as it dropped me near my hotel. Now finding where that bus departed from was an adventure in itself! Again there was absolutely no information even on the information board!

Thanks to Google we found that Orly Bus only departed from Terminal 4. Oh yeah and there was no sign indicating how to get to Terminal 4 from where I stood??!! I spoke to the security guy who didn t speak English at all and thanks to his patience, I finally understood where to go.

So basically I needed to come back to where I landed. Instead of turning right in the first place, I should have turn left to where there was no sign post that I mentioned earlier! It was a 10-minute walk without any indication if I was on the correct path! It was not until I got out of terminal 3 to the outdoor area did I find the sign post for terminal 4 and the logo of Orly bus.

Got on the Orly bus eventually, but found a 183 bus departed just next to Orly bus! What a sad story

The signs are very poorly done or nonexistent especially for the arrival. airport very complicated in its layout

Closed during night. Filthy toilets. Disorganised. Feels like third world country.

I checked in my flight at terminal 2, the easyjet staffs are very rude,low standard. Never want to come to this airport again!

This was my first time coming thought the airport, simply AMAZING !!! I got my Babbages very quickly

Roughly fluid west terminal, however, endless customs formalities at the south terminal in a stuffy room. The price of Orlyval is downright outrageous.

Small but crowded especially for Vueling air to Barcelona. Late flight for about 4 hours. Waited in Premium Traveller Lounge

1 h 15 to retrieve the luggage of the whole of the PASSENGERS of the flight of Transavia of June 26 from Heraklion, in the main French airport except Roissy, it is the foutage of mouth!

Arrival with more than 1h30 late a transavia from Greece it is 10:45 pm the plane is full of children and there is no bridge waiting interminable in the plane! It's the organization !!!

ADP is a state enterprise: Shameful service with staff who don't care. One hour to install a gateway.
Terminal 3 brand new but not functional and already crammed with broken down equipment. The Orlyval bus no longer serves the 3 terminals and you have to walk 1 kilometer to take it from terminal 4.

This airport was very efficient for check in. There were 4 different security queues for Gate E open so the wait was less than 10 minutes. Within the gates, it was sparkling clean, had live pianist playing, had lots of shopping, and clearly marked signs. They also limit the overhead announcements which made the wait very peaceful.

One of the two international airports in Paris. The flight from this airport compare to Charles de Gaulle Airport to destinations in Europe is cheaper.

For the Iberia company:
Unfriendly staff, school trip canceled because of a pilot going on strike for 2000 MORE imagine the frustration of the students. The trip had been planned for 1 years and when we arrive we wait 4 hours to get an answer and we learn that we are not leaving. The Iberia company deserves everyone's respect!

The most convenient location that to reach Paris Centre.

Difficult to find the airport shuttle.
Takes a lot of time for the security check, not a lot of chairs at the boarding gates to sit.
The boarding gates are placed very close and you feel congested.

I am pleasantly surprised at the airport as a whole.

Paris-Orly Airport, is almost the only one I have used to go on vacation to the French West Indies, I could see its evolution over the years.
For people who frequent it every day (taxi), it is a very family destination, but for me, I find it a real ordeal, if I have to take away or recover friends, a large labyrinth of concretes where it is better not to cheat, if you do not want to go out to return to properly make the right choice in the parking ...

Inside it has improved much better, finally I must say that I usually choose the airline Air France, so at the level organization and home, I never had any problems (especially since the e-ticket registration , all done automatically by ourselves and quickly)

But if I were asked to choose between this one is that of Charles de Gaulle, my choice would be for the second, that I find a lot messy.

Nice airport but low traffic compared to CDG, CLOSED AT NIGHT

Surprisingly nice and up to expectations.

They have a free rail between terminals and even have PlayStation play areas in the departure waiting area.

Thank you to the 3 hostesses in hall 2 stationed on Thursday 10/05 at 3.15pm for allowing us to take our plane at the last minute following a check-in error.

We park people for almost 1 hour at 4:30 in the morning where people are the most tired.
The more we advance in time, the more the service deteriorates when we should stand out from the crowd with optimal service.
There is still some margin.

Bad signage. Instead of meaningful information, only advertising will be displayed. Collins to queue. No direct transfer possible.

Good infrastructure. Lots of police and army people.

Very bad organization for luggage registration, police passage. Very long standing expectations. Endless corridors of parking elevators that do not work.
Really, it's getting worse at every level

This is not the best airport. We flew from here to Italy. Flight was smooth, but the airport was not so great. Workers were cold seem like they didn t want to be there. They threw away all our soaps and I had some hair gel they threw that away too.
We didn t know where our gate was and nobody told us we just started following other people.
Their were three working outlets downstairs for three gates. So we of course couldn t charge our phone.
We were not impressed we will not be going back to this airport.

Good if you're on the south of Paris. Much less busy than CDG

9.80 the orlyval Ticket. They should have thought of doing a small branch RER B instead of paying this price so expensive for only 6 minutes of travel ...

I would like to know what the police are doing to protect airport users from suburban crooks who improvise themselves as taxi drivers and who excessively charge half hour shopping for almost 100 euros.
These types aggressively occupy the places devoted to sworn taxis and solicit, harassing gangs of users by intimidating them while they have neither an official license nor a meter. It is a total disgrace made with the complicity of the authorities, who do not do their job, namely to protect airport users from this horde of brigands and thugs.

Chaotic, stressful. I would define it like this. A rather chaotic place also because as in the French metro you get lost to take the right line so at the airport you get lost to find the right gate. Stressful because every time you arrive until check in it takes forever. The controls are useful, but there is no need to remove 100ml liquids each time and put them separated from the suitcase in a transparent bag. They always open your suitcases, leaving everything that was arranged upside down. They ask you if you have cheeses, you say you only have biscuits, they open the same and finding the biscuits they answer: I'm sorry, mr. The cookies were right. Very bad.

The nectar of disorganization .... The staff of Air France is in lethargy .... We are in the only airport in the world where when you arrive early you are still late ....

extremely bad airport 1. we had to wait half an hour until they opened the doors of the plane

It is a tiny airport, too small to be one of the 3 airports in Paris. It is quite good, what I did not like personally is that it has a small variety of stores and little catering offer.

Flight delayed by 3 hrs ...... space too limited for the HIGH ridership rate. We are queued for 1 hour before boarding the plane. Very disapointed!

45 minutes waiting for luggage and two mats available on 4 with 500 passengers jostling to try to find their suitcase. Superb organization

Nice airport, good conectivity by paris city through RER and bus. Good architecture, clean toilets, duty free collection is good. Overall good experience in this airport.but bad experience with the automatic ticket machine for shuttle bus. Not working properly, very irresponsible behaviour of management not to check thr cash ticket machines

Abberant! They lost my luggage !! It's fabulous to remake new and spend thousands to advertise, when the minimum service is not mastered!
It's disgusting .... go through Roissy as soon as you can, I've never had this problem despite my many flights ..

Good cleanliness and hygiene but it looks like it's not made for travelers ....... there is no electrical outlet available, bathrooms are good but no shower available, access to and from airport is complicated and time consuming , if you have to spend a few hours waiting for the flight is very uncomfortable, in fact quite uncomfortable.
Customer service has much to improve, many people do not speak English and when they speak is arrogantly !!! How is it possible !!
Airport confusing, 9 euros from the train to arrive at the airport?
WiFi is good and works well.
If you don't have coins and the card doesn't work or the food and beverage machines are offline, you simply don't eat or drink after 10pm !!

The Paris Orly airport is amazing - filled with great shops, restaurants and entertainment. Once you go past the security barriers, it is very lite though - not a whole lot.. Best wait on the outside until you have to go in.

Null organization. Cerberus at all entrances prohibit entry to the terminals to those who do not travel, the covid test center, even when no one is there, refuses to test people without tickets. In this country, health comes after business ...

Wait very long but put the foot to almost Paris is not bad :)

Welcoming staff but inconsistent measures regarding the pandemic !!!!

Automated border controls closed: I wonder why we pay for a biometric passport .... for connecting flights we have to redo a baggage security check. Even if you have a transparent plastic pouch, you are forced to return the products in the plastic bags to their standard .... if you want to waste time and risk missing your flight, leave from Orly.

Management more than zero at PAF control before arriving at embarkation.

Just two poor cops overwhelmed in a guitar who check for a queue of at least 200 people! We sympathize ... it must not be easy in addition to managing people's stress.

We are not, but nice for children, worse for babies as well as for people with reduced mobility or the elderly !!! No ! Zero points! And we tend to be polite.

Airport overheated, zero air conditioning like everything else.

Welcome to all livestock friends in the departure lounge with only two or three food outlets, where you have to bend to find a table.

Even the smile of the pee ladies is frightening! Better to look in the bowl.

And the worst!!!!

These hordes of hybrid bikes, taxis, taxi cabs that jump on you and on departure and arrival like vendors of the Eiffel Tower, even when you go out to smoke a cigarette!

Very nice airport accessible by tram and orlyval bus the only problem a bit small for an international airport and no pharmacy at the boarding area

A waiting room not even able to accommodate half of these passengers properly

I travel and it is frankly the airport read that I saw at the reception level after boarding a Relay and a fast food sandwich shop

Airport more than big. A real labyrinth. The metro surprised me. However, cleanliness at the appointment, the staff knows how to make welcoming and smiling. Great !

Remember that even though it say EU passport, you can go through security with you French ID card!!

Very cozy hotel, very relaxing environment and very accessible and friendly saff. All in excellent condition and very sanitized. I advise.

Bridge between Hotel Ibis and Orly Sud Airport, you pass by the hotel and arrive at the Orly Sud terminal very comfortable and fast, at the beginning it has stairs but with a ramp next to the steps so you can take your suitcase there. Once in Orly Sud, there is free train every 6 minutes to go in 1 minute to Orly Ouest. Very comfortable and fast

Something inhuman in this airport but on the other hand friendly staff, attentive and ready to help you ... Like for example this young lady in her electric car, in parking lot 2 who helps with a broad smile comforting the disoriented people in this huge space ....

This is absolutely the worst aiport. My wife lost her phone there and the lost and found department have no response on how to give us the phone back. We contacted them repeatedly over thr week and no one responds.

I rediscovered Orly after 5 months without traveling and despite the fact that there is less crowded, this airport is still as disorganized, stressful, with staff who did anything and speaks ill travelers! Brief always one of the worst airports in the world.

One of the worst airport ever .... since the brand new middle connection it takes actually more time to exit the airport. Takes me longer to get within Paris then the actual flight between 2 capital city
