Excruciating experience this day, the ticket announces departure from terminal 4 except this one is closed you have to do a whole journey to find yourself, obviously nothing redirects users to the right terminal namely 3 (luckily I asked about 3 people to finally find me).

Ps: plan to come in advance because you have to queue to get into the terminal, queue to check in, queue to board.

DON'T PASS THROUGH SECURITY TILL YOU ARE READY TO FLY

Very unpleasant airport. Most the shopping and food is outside security (e.g. McDonald's & Starbucks). The passport check is old school police style, and security is just madness. Inside the terminals, shopping is expensive and very limited, and seating is impossible to find. Be prepared to sit on the floor.

The security personnel lost my friend s passport a...

The security personnel lost my friend s passport and had us look between all of the used trays. We asked them to look behind the machine (a second time) and there it was, dropped and forgotten by the personnel who had checked our passports. Never thought we would lose a passport while going through security, but it was made possible with staff who lack focus.

Absolutely the worst airport I've ever been! No signs to tell you where to go. Some ground staff aren't even trained properly, we met this poor girl (first time she travelled overseas) and she wasn't able to get any help, we helped her instead! Also the lines are ridiculous and messy. Really need to step up the game.

Like the CDG just shabby.
Extremely unfriendly staff (most do not even speak English), the generally high prices in the shops and food stations are by no means justified, from the ceiling in the halls flies regularly dust clouds, which spread over the travelers. The signage is also very weak. All in all emblematic of the disintegration of the "Grande Nation". (A little tip: skip the 5-star reviews of the "Local Guide's" and they recognize the true face of these descents.) My condolences.

Improved a lot thanks to the rolling refurbishment...

Improved a lot thanks to the rolling refurbishment under way. Even the usually very grumpy ground personnel became somewhat helpful and smiling (shocking in Paris!). The airside also improved, even now offering in some sections - boarding gates in section 40 - young child playgrounds and free videogames (2 PS4 with 2 controllers and 1 classic arcade console) on top of the classic overpriced restaurant.

Warning for AirEuropa customers, they are now checking-in luggages in the Air France section (Hall 3) which can at times be really overcrowded when they check-in their 777-300 to the French overseas territories (configured for almost 400 pax...), something that was never the case in the older but much quieter and luminous Hall 1 (with Vueling, Iberia, TAP...).

Poor attention and safety to passengers. I was in Paris from May 19 to June 26. .
When I arrived they believed that the brand name milk and cola cao chocolate were drugs. They did not return me in monetary value and worse. Wash all dirty clothes and the trowel destroyed it.
When I left on the 26th we mentioned to the guard an abandoned shoe under a seat. The imbecile did nothing since in those days there was an attack. . Learn to better serve

We had a problem here and there was no help! I asked too many people, information, taxi organisers, the crews,the security staff, surprisingly, someone actually and really rudely told me that it is not his problem!
However you can always find responsible person if you look hard. Finally after 2 hours running around the Orly terminal I found a lady from information who introduced herself Layla was really polite and helpful. She spent half an hour to assist us. Thank you Leyla!

In correspondence with Orly (flight Toulouse - Orly then Orly - Brest) we are obliged to leave the airside and return to the security controls.
"A-door correspondence" indications not available on the airside.
Door A is then very bad and very little indicated on the city side.
When you have a short match, it makes the adrenaline rise but it's not terrible ...

More than 3 hours of stretcher for customs control 4 hours in all for boarding.
Just not at all suitable for the elderly.
Very poor reception of the control staff exceeded by the too important number of travelers which leads the pressure staff to treat travelers like cattle.

Someone really needs to sort the passport control here.
E-passports Gates only for the French.
More border agents serving non EU citizens than EU citizens.
Makes you feel it's better to not be a EU citizen.

The airport itself is fine, the toilets are clean but not so easy to find the first time. The negative point is the price of the Antony-Orly trip. Pay 9 for just 10min mini tram from the RER Antony, I find this exaggerated! Fortunately there is the tram 7 (It's not that easy to access it, I put myself in the place of tourists ...) recently.

One way flight from ORLY: communication about the PMR, after having been at the reception for help, the people in charge of helping us has a lot of trouble, not all the papers etc otherwise personal friendly

I do not put 1 star x the excellent attitude of the people who helped my mom with a wheelchair ... X the rest is a disaster signaling. To return the car took 2 hours practically. Impossible to locate me. People who work almost do not speak English anything more than French ... WORK IN AN AIRPORT WITH 4 TERMINALS BE BILINGUAL HDMP !! Rrhh go to hell lpmqlp !!! The Ibis chain already had no complaints about the hotel two minutes from the airport with the gateway but happiness too with a great lift and parking un we left our vehicle 10 days no problem the restaurant in buffet very good and the most a fast food at the bar that happiness congratulations again for the welcome the super professional staff friendly and smiling it is a pleasure (the room for one night its going to breakfast however nickel congratulations again)

To reach Paris it is very very difficult and expensive: bus crowded for Denfert and it passes every 30 minutes at night, so fall on the RER b that we have to pay 10 euros even with a pass navigo !! While a station before or after is free, inadmissible!

Too bad that the whole Orly airport is not open and that we have to wait for the good seeing of the authorities for the international. As a result, Orly terminal 3 was very well done, beautiful shops, able to accommodate a lot of tourists as well as very beautiful parking lots.

MINABLE. ADP airports are catastrophic, the signage is very poorly done in both terminals. Bus signs have been in trouble forever? Impossible to know when the next will arrive. It is very difficult to find an agent to inquire. Absence of garbage, overall dirty, sdf everywhere. Not welcoming, not wahou effect. Not at the height of other airports in the world, yet Paris city light .... Paris capital of Europe. Disappointment especially considering the amount of tax that takes ADP on the tickets (more expensive than all other airports) the traveler does not get value for money. Terminal 3 is simply impossible to access by car, miles of traffic jams. It's shabby
