Waiting for dad in this airport that I find clean well equipped with clear services and posters. The only small drawback is that it is difficult to understand the various car parks but there are many and therefore an excellent layout is always available. Clean and large bathrooms. Excellent disinformation services super arrivals and departures. Chek.in comfortable and easy to find gates. Wonderful experience I had never been and if possible I will choose departures from Bologna

Airport with all the necessary services but still small for the volume of users passing through it. Indecent baggage retrieval due to endless waitings is now a well-known feature of the facility.

Bad organization! 12/2/2019 for a problem of a plane on the flights flights canceled or moved to other airports, the flight Bologna / Madrid, we were moved to Pisa without a proper organizational guide, we left at 21.30 with a delay of 4.30 late without respecting the airport laws that say "over 2 hours late passengers are entitled to drinks and meal" not even a bottle of water !! In addition to Pisa the bus that accompanied us could not get inside the airport, we had to take the shuttle OUR EXPENSES ... shame !!

Much improved. As a Florentine, I find it convenient to travel from Bologna. Wide choice of dining options and clean bathrooms. Uncomfortable access to the bus station to other cities. Convenient to the station. And it's good that way. Internal indications on check-ins to be improved are not always clear and few flight scoreboards. But it's not Charles de Gaulle that you don't get lost in

Well organized, close to the city, to which it is connected by shuttles, with ample parking. A little bit small and with flights to a few destinations, waiting for luggage is always very long.

I left and arrived several times in this airport, and moreover I frequent it several times a week for work reasons, except for the summer period where it is often overcrowded by the fact that it takes off and a plane lands every 5 minutes I find it a nice and functional airport, the services are cleaned continuously in rotation, and there are a large number of commercial activities, as regards parking costs, I have not found much diversity from airports such as Malpensa, Linate, Orlio al Serio, Verona, Florence or Pisa. For the costs inside the airport, it should not be forgotten that Bologna is one of the most expensive cities in Italy

Small and comfortable airport. From the railway station about 20 minutes. Good catch wi-fi. There are cafes where you can eat. Actually, I like small airplanes. There is no fuss, all in walking distance. Everything is simple and clear. Something reminds relatives Zhulyany.

Arrived from Barcelona. Dirty bathrooms. Waiting for baggage ... undefined. It is an hour that all passengers are waiting for. Add that the parking lots and all the services cost as and more than the major European cities and you understand why Bologna, and above all the Bolognese, do not deserve this shame.

Parking management by complaint, even if Italy is full of pending complaints !!
Anyway, I booked the parking P 1-2 well in advance with the telepass option, and when I arrive the entrance from the roundabout is blocked with the word "FULL", sti azz, not even an indication on how to do for those who have booked , not even a bar clerk for explanations, I had to slip into the P 1 uncovered, and slalom up to an entrance to the multi-storey area where there were employees who once asked if I had booked to which I showed him the sheet (luckily I printed it) they raised my bar.
I solved it, but I say, and if I don't make the snake to try to put the car where I can, I lose the flight, host, not even if they gave it the parking space ( 98.00 for 7 days, more than the flight !!!)
and then I risked losing my flight!
And I thought he was interested in the airport earning on parking!
in the airport the line at the controls is sometimes kmetric.
me if I can change airport, the problem is that I don't decide where the plane leaves or lands !!

It is confirmed as one of the worst airports in northern Italy,
an example among others: at the control with the metal detector, about 50% of passengers are asked to take off their shoes, which are placed in the same trays as personal items, coats, etc .: a crap.
When you point out to the staff, they always have the right answer ... A bit of humility and motivation to improve their (public) service would certainly be much more appreciated.
Tip: hire an experienced and experienced UX professional urgently to improve the experience and hygiene, which are clearly below average.

I fly to this airport from UK at least 15 times a year. Nothing special or bad about it. HOWEVER as soon as you step out of the doors, the smell of smoke really hits you; the usual 5m non-smoking any from any building doesn't seem to apply here!

On Tuesday 25 we are going to Bologna for a week. I know that we are tested at the Bologna airport itself, but we do not know if to wait for the results we must stay at home until they give them to us, which can be 72 hours.
In a Twitter message they say that we can go out freely, but we doubt it. Does anyone know something?

The airport is small but has everything you need. The biggest problem is the very small number of seats at the "gay". In addition, it is very difficult to get out of the airport in a different way than a car / bus of a private company, go out through the garage. Complete lack of sidewalks along the roadway. The nearest public transport stop is 15 minutes' walk. Lamborghini as "Follow me car" is an interesting attraction!

EXPENSIVE prices everywhere ... There is no decent minimarket after the checks, and above all THERE ARE NO GLUTEN-FREE PRODUCTS for those suffering from celiac disease. Basically you either get by or eat nothing until you get there. Shame that in 2017 there are still these types of inconveniences.

Chaotic, disorganized. Today the telepass did not work to access the parking lot and after having mentioned it I feel I respond with the utmost tranquility "eh sometimes it works sometimes not ...". Are we joking? Is it an internationally renowned airport and does it work worse than smaller airports? I think they should review many things. Parking and parked cars along the road that prevent access and traffic, the bus system and baggage claim that too often require more waiting than time spent in flight! Above all the parking lots are really chaotic, the Kiss and Fly area is impractical: people who stop everywhere because there are no spaces and creates inconceivable files. Truly a scandal for an airport that should be the jewel in the crown of Emilia.

Two desks open at Easy Jet check in; one priority and one economy. There were four or five people working in the sandwich shop next door!
The airport was boiling! No air con. Signage to the rental car area was abysmal. And only one girl running the Goldcar desk. Arriving in Gatwick was like going to heaven compared.

A small airport. I was reading on the internet that it is small but I was surprised when I saw that it is really very small considering that Bologna is an important city in Italy. I appreciated that it is in the city and that it has more transport options to get to where you need it inside the city.

The airport of Bologna is well connected to the train station of the same city (Bologna) with a tiket of 6 is reached in 20mn the airport there are many possibilities also with the Taxi. The airport is large enough with several bars, shops, even a corner reserved for the Lamborghini exhibition for those who love luxury cars.
I like the fact that it is clean, well maintained, adequate slopes for excellent departures. Besides being a beautiful country, Italy is constantly developing with some infrastructures.

passport control from third world. 1.5 hours in a row of which 40 minutes outside with crazy wind and fuel instead of oxygen to breathe. Luckily it did not rain. Poor information provided by a little boy in polo shirts and sneakers with almost invisible badges. First sign 2 x 2 meters when you get to the roof is the advertising of a mechanical product, not of Italy, of a lamborghini or ducati (we are not in Bologna?).
