Aero is the best. Great quality parts. Great customer service. Andrew was super courteous and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me out. All my builds includes parts from Aero and their uppers are excellent.
I am working through my first M5 build with Aero. So far the parts look great and the customer service has been amazing! When I had questions, Drew responded quickly and followed up along the way, helping me to get the right parts and keep the build moving along! It is great to purchase from a company that is ready to help their customers like this!
These guys make some of the best products in the industry! I've bought their scope mounts, upper receivers, charging handles, BCGs etc, and everything I've received from them has been flawless. If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. Especially with their customer service. Andrew went above and beyond to help me purchase a upper receiver that I have been trying to get for months from other companies. Here I was excited to support a local company but astonished by the response from customer service. Attitude was disrespectful changing my thoughts about Aero Precision.
As they put it there's no way its our fault, you must have done something major to it. Which as I explained it came out of a box into a safe "PERIOD"
This gun has never been fired. Never seen the field. I haven't even had it for 30 days. Which apparently my issue was that I didn't notice it the day I opened the box.
I think the better question is, why is the rail so weak that it would crack? Is this a common issue? Do I even want your product if it breaks so easy? Where is the reliability? Where is the good craftsmanship?
5 star customer service. Sent the wrong upper to me by accident, refunded without incident. I've used quite a lot of their product between a few builds and everything has always been top quality. No wobbles or other fit issues. Very much recommended.
Been buying Aero products for awhile now and have been very impressed with the build quality. Bought my first builder set recently and the rail had a small knick in it next to the barrel nut which wasn't that huge of a deal. I reached out to them and their customer service was excellent and took care of me and went way above any expectation I had! I'll keep doing my business with them!
Great customer service and they make great products. Hard to get sometimes but that is only because demand is so high for their great products. Have had nothing but good experience with all my Aero purchases and the blemish items are as good as new from any other competitor.
I read it on Google that Aero Precision is the "Goldilocks" company of firearms. I would say that's an understatement. Aero Precision has quality products at a good price. There are other companies out there BUT there product is sub-standard when compared to AP.
Ease of purchase, good customer service, fair return policy. I have done two builds so far, preparing for my third, looking at 4th in 2023, Aero Precision has been and will be my go to.
Great customer service I am building a M5 and had a question about the build. Andrew was courteous, professional and patient as this is my first true and complete build. He went above and beyond and was very helpful. I had an issue and questions about some parts and was connected to Max (Andrew's supervisor) Max was just like Andrew, courteous and professional. He answered my concerns. I have ordered parts from Aero in the past and will continue to order from them in the future. Shipping is always quick and I find the quality of their parts to be excellent.
