Here I was excited to support a local company but astonished by the response from customer service. Attitude was disrespectful changing my thoughts about Aero Precision.

As they put it there's no way its our fault, you must have done something major to it. Which as I explained it came out of a box into a safe "PERIOD"

This gun has never been fired. Never seen the field. I haven't even had it for 30 days. Which apparently my issue was that I didn't notice it the day I opened the box.

I think the better question is, why is the rail so weak that it would crack? Is this a common issue? Do I even want your product if it breaks so easy? Where is the reliability? Where is the good craftsmanship?
