Yes, they are horrible, my wife found out they mishandled her info, we were just patients at a hospital then next we know people are calling us from every where asking about our medical conditions. We are reporting this company.
Be careful because as the HR Vice President has said multiple times before....half the people that are fired from the company have a lawsuit against the company but just don t know it
Rudy is the worst biller at this company, he manages to mess up everthing he does. Disrespectful. He needs to be fired, he sells clients information as a side gig and this company keeps around for what I don't know.
I have absolutely enjoyed my experience with Acclara. I loved the environment but most of all the open door policy. Management is always willing to stop what they are working on to assist their employees. My experience has been above and beyond of what was expected. A trash company, horrible billing, they don't know how to generate revenue for their clients. Poor customer service.
