Very knowledgeable and courteous staff who have helped me out many times by knowing what I'm talking about when I order parts. Comfortable atmosphere.
This place has a vast inventory and helpful staff. They carry products for other companies systems and are reasonably priced on everything I've purchased so far. My only regret is not buying one of their systems to begin with.
Please read this. I am writing this on behalf of AERO MIST in Phoenix, Az. They are an awesome company and have great products we have been purchasing their misting products for the past 18 years. But that is not the whole story. We have 5 Cydesdales here we run misters in our barn as well as 8 fans and 2 swamp coolers. All help but the MISTING SYSTEM makes a difference in whether we have horses that can survive our hottest days. Our open barn runs about 15-20 degrees cooler than the outdoor temperature because of the system and our volunteers love it. Our system quit working yesterday. We called Aero Mist and said we need to purchase a new one. It takes about 2 weeks to get a system as they are built to fit specific needs. They also added that they are running a little bit longer than that. Panic struck me as we are leaving soon for a family members funeral. Which meant that volunteers would have to hose down horses numerous times to help them. This morning at 8:08 am Scott from Aero Mist called and said he came in early to get our system together for us. Needless to say I had tears of joy and gratitude. We have always known that this company had the best products and best service having a huge heart for helping a customer with an important need we will be forever grateful. I am also grateful for this power house equipment we purchased from them 18 years ago for a meager cost of $600.00 that lasted so long under outdoor barn conditions with Clydesdales walking past it every day. It has been just amazing. A good American product.

Was greeted in a friendly and sincere "How can I HELP you". Questions we were going to ask were answered without asking. The two gentleman were pleasant and I'm sure understand the need to keep a Tibetan Mastiff cool. THANK YOU. They were proof that a pump is SO easy to set up and maintain.
Fantastic! We worked with Nicko, he walked us through the entire mister/fogger installation. We purchased everything right there the first afternoon we walked in the door. Doing the system ourselves saved almost $2500. I highly recommend this company. Since installation we wanted to try " swivel " heads in some areas. We just called and they mailed them to us with no shipping charge. Since we are over an hour and a half away this was a great convience for us. Thanks Aero Mist!
I echo a lot of the very positive sentiment already shared in other reviews...great customer service and great care about my issue. Specifically, Niko helped me order the correct part (replacement Solenoid Valve) and then followed up to make sure I was able to install it correctly. I had trouble with one area that prevented my self-installation, and he offered for me to bring the pump by their shop/store where he repaired it while I waited. All in all, it was the definition of going the extra mile to provide remarkable service. THANKS!

I am a new dealer or was. I ordered a system for a customer. I was told 3-5 business days. On the 6th day, I called to ask when they were looking to ship out the equipment. I spoke to someone on Monday , that person said they would call me back in 5 minutes. After a hour I called back and they said the pump was ready and someone would contact me in the am for payment. 1 pm cam around with no call, so I called to pay for the equipment. The person that answered the phone asked what I was calling about. I told him that I was calling about the pump and before I could say that I need to pay for it. He rudely blurts out "We will call when the pump is built" in a very angry tone. I will be doing business elsewhere. I asked my dealer contact who I spoke to , he said it was the owner of the company. I reordered the system with cloudburst misting for my client and it will be here Friday.

This place thinks they are some kind of 5 star resort with their customer service. I had a plan together and they showed me how to do it better and cheaper. If you have a house project, don't be afraid to go right to the source to get it done. These guys are more than willing to help you out.
I ordered my misting kit online and when I went in to pick it up I discovered I needed a higher GPM pump for the number of nozzles I wanted. Fortunately the guy at the counter was very helpful and took the time to make sure I had all the right stuff for what I was trying to accomplish. I switched out the pump and got some additional fittings. I got 40 ft of stainless steel misting line and a fogging kit for the pool and was able to install all of it in one day. The performance of the system is amazing and now we can enjoy being on our patio and in our pool area even when it is 100+ degrees outside.
Guy at the counter can be snarky and about as helpful as a hole in the head
We ordered the 40' 150 psi kit in preparation for a reunion we were hosting in Southern Arizona in the summer. When the order arrived, it was missing one necessary item. I contacted Aero Mist immediately and they sent the missing item overnight at their expense. The installation was straight forward. Best advice I can give is if using the flexible tubing, make sure that you push the tubing all the way into the unions to ensure there are no leaks. It was 108 degrees the day of the reunion. We were on the patio for well over 7 hours. The system performed flawlessly, making the high temps a bit more tolerable and the day more enjoyable.
Excellent help! Explained my situation with my misters and the problem I was having with the nozzles and they took the time to get me exactly what I needed (previously oversized big box store nozzles, getting the entire patio wet). Now working perfectly and my patio is cool and dry. Thank you!
