I echo a lot of the very positive sentiment already shared in other reviews...great customer service and great care about my issue. Specifically, Niko helped me order the correct part (replacement Solenoid Valve) and then followed up to make sure I was able to install it correctly. I had trouble with one area that prevented my self-installation, and he offered for me to bring the pump by their shop/store where he repaired it while I waited. All in all, it was the definition of going the extra mile to provide remarkable service. THANKS!
