Not a great experience for me at all. Where do I start.... I had been a business customer of 02 for 8 years and just after my contract was renewed for another 2 years Aerial Direct called me up and offered me a fantastic package for a great price if I switched to them. My biggest concern was that I got the latest phone for free every 2 years from 02 and that I wanted to make sure I got the same deal. They completely agreed and said NOTHING would change when I come for renewal and i would still get the phone. Anyway I accepted and joined them. Everything was great for 2 years, the service was great, the team was great, I had no problems.

Then came my renewal, the Galaxy S8 was just coming out so I asked for that, this is where the problems started. Aerial Direct told me there is no way I would get the phone for free and not only that but my bill was going up as well. I spent so much time phoning them up and complaining that I had been miss sold a contract and I felt completely cheated. They agreed to go back and listen to the original call which they did and they admitted they had originally offered me the next phone for free but now they were saying they cant honour it. They gave me a ridiculous renewal price and I felt so cheated that I immediately cancelled my contract and left Aerial and 02 for good.



Everyone I spoke to was really nice and helpful and if I hadn't been lied to this would of been a 5 star review. I literally was forced to leave because of lies and deceit and because of this I will never use this company again. I also put in a complaint with 02 about Aerial Direct.

I have so more that I could of mentioned but as its no longer fresh in my mind I just want to get main points across that I remember being pi**ed off about, and the only reason I have left this review is on the 18th December (8 months after I left Aerial) they have the nerve to send me a text asking for a review. Well here it is!

John Cornley in Customer Services gave us exceptionally good service and treated us very well, in processing a refund and issuing new contracts for us. In fact all the staff we have talked to, Christina, Rashna, Sasha, Teresa, have all been great! We would recommend Aerial Direct very highly!

Constant cold calling trying to get me to renew a contract. I tell them I am simply not interested, and to leave me alone. Yet the cold calls continue despite me telling them DO NOT CALL ME. It's nothing short of harassment and I am fed up.

The team members I spoke with recently were all helpful and acted fast.

I realised my Ariel direct Bill was more expensive then other poviderd were offering so I called them up to complain... they said senior management would call me back on Monday which they did first thing, and they offered me a resolution that brought my package in line if not better than the offer I had seen elsewhere very happy with the easy resolution to what I thought would be a big problem. Professionally handled and a solution was came to that made me happy

Each time I have spoken or emailed with a query, it has all been dealt with so quickly and efficiently. Everyone has always been nice, polite and helpful and no long queues to wait to speak with anyone. I am pleased I have moved to Ariel Direct and got a very good tariff too!

I love the Aerial Direct. Whenever I need to talk to them about my account, need some extra service or changes etc... I get through the line within a minute and their staff is extremely helpful and supportive. Very kind, always explaining and giving me full information about my questions. I am super satisfied. I must say that I have never experienced such good service from/through any other mobile company before. (I came from abroad/Europe and have lived in the UK for a decade) :)

During the past 3-4 years my businesses have used AERIAL DIRECT for all our mobile phones and mobile tablet communications.
The help and advice from all at AERIAL DIRECT has been superb regarding solutions to our requirements, extremely cost effective with hardware and call packages carefully built around our needs.
Apart from best in market costings what really sets AERIAL DIRECT apart from the competition are the service levels delivered, without doubt the flexibility with billing, upgrades and additions to contracts has proved immensely helpful to us.
Particular thanks to Jeremy Gaskin who is a true ambassador for AERIAL DIRECT, handling our various enquiries in the most professional yet personal manner, nothing being too much trouble and always finding the right solution! This proactive personal service has even extended to unsolicited advice and notifications when foreign travel has impacted on calls usage.
I have no hesitation is recommending AERIAL DIRECT to any business or private user, whilst cost is important service is everything and what is actually remembered long term. Well Done!

This the worst company out, my account gets change...

This the worst company out, my account gets changed without notice, i have a hand set which does not work for over 3 months, the the last 20+ years i have been with O2 and Ariel i have never been told i have to pay for a hand set, i have tried to cancel my account but have been told i am in contract till 2020 the only time i have spoke to them was back in 2017 did not agree to any contract then, cant wait to get rid of them

We are a business customer of Aerial Direct with around 50 staff having company mobiles. We are almost 1 year into a 24 month contract and from the beginning everything has gone smoothly. We had some issues with our previous provider when it came to switching over but all of the staff involved in the process at Aerial were nothing but helpful. Jeremy and Hayley in Client Services go out of their way to handle any queries or problems we have and are always efficient, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Aerial Direct and hope to work with them beyond our 24 month contract.

I had issues on 02 side not Aerial side and I called them and they sorted everything out direct with 02 which saved me a lot of time and hassle. Great customer service as the team kept me up to date each week as the issue took a couple weeks to sort out.

I noticed my monthly refund hadn t gone into my bank so rang them, a very polite man called mike dealt with my query and sorted the problem out. They are a good company and always very helpful.

Had various experiences with aerial direct in the past but there customer service gets better everytime. They were kind enough to reimburse money for a really large bill which was really appreciated! The woman on the phone was also really nice
