Not a great experience for me at all. Where do I start.... I had been a business customer of 02 for 8 years and just after my contract was renewed for another 2 years Aerial Direct called me up and offered me a fantastic package for a great price if I switched to them. My biggest concern was that I got the latest phone for free every 2 years from 02 and that I wanted to make sure I got the same deal. They completely agreed and said NOTHING would change when I come for renewal and i would still get the phone. Anyway I accepted and joined them. Everything was great for 2 years, the service was great, the team was great, I had no problems.
Then came my renewal, the Galaxy S8 was just coming out so I asked for that, this is where the problems started. Aerial Direct told me there is no way I would get the phone for free and not only that but my bill was going up as well. I spent so much time phoning them up and complaining that I had been miss sold a contract and I felt completely cheated. They agreed to go back and listen to the original call which they did and they admitted they had originally offered me the next phone for free but now they were saying they cant honour it. They gave me a ridiculous renewal price and I felt so cheated that I immediately cancelled my contract and left Aerial and 02 for good.
Everyone I spoke to was really nice and helpful and if I hadn't been lied to this would of been a 5 star review. I literally was forced to leave because of lies and deceit and because of this I will never use this company again. I also put in a complaint with 02 about Aerial Direct.
I have so more that I could of mentioned but as its no longer fresh in my mind I just want to get main points across that I remember being pi**ed off about, and the only reason I have left this review is on the 18th December (8 months after I left Aerial) they have the nerve to send me a text asking for a review. Well here it is!
