Went to Blazers/Pacers game, lots of food and drink options, there wasn't a big wait for service, everything that we ordered was great. The venue staff was helpful and friendly. If you have a handicap sticker on your vehicle, you can pretty much park anywhere you want, even in the pass area but you still have to pay.

Love this venue. In the heart of Portland, and big enough to attract the huge acts, while small enough to have a somewhat intimate atmosphere and great viewing from most seats. Well served by mass transit as well.

I love Moda Center. I've been to many of my favorite concerts here, as well as Blazers games. If you know ahead of time that snacks and refreshments are laughably over-priced, you'll have a great time.

We came to Rip City to watch the Trail Blazers Vs the Cleveland Cavaliers and it was a great experience for the whole family to enjoy the game and to watch the fans supporting their team. there where a lot of Adrenalin, suspense, cheering, dancing and finally celebrating the win. Go Blazers!

Stadium was built in 95. Didn't see any upgrades in the stadium and then didn't see many restaurants around. Disappointed as a tourist, but enjoyed the great hoops fan environment. Thanks Portland Trailblazers staff for a 1st Game experience at Moda Center.

Organized garages & attendants made parking and leaving easy. Plenty of food carts inside. Clean. Clear view of the event from upper rows. Seating and leg space is quite restricting. I'm 5ft 100 Lbs and I had to contort myself in the seat space to keep my legs from being mashed against the seat in front of me or intwined with or resting against the stranger next to me. The average size person might feel like a jack-in-the-box by the end of the event. If you're claustrophobic, need a bit more personal space, or need to leave your seat for any reason I suggest getting a seat at the end of the row if you can.

This is a great venue! Parking for major events can fill up up to over two hours prior, so make sure to plan accordingly ahead of time!

There are a couple of different levels, and the variety of food/drink stands and brewery/bars is great as well. One you take your seat, the view is very impressive. The seats on the upper level are pretty cramped and narrow though, so hopefully you sit next to someone cool/clean!

Less than impressed. An elderly gentleman fell on the incredibly steep concrete stairs during the elton john event, it literally took 10 minutes for medical staff to show up then they did not climb the steps to move this poor bloodied man themselves by standers had to bring him to them. Shame on moda center.

No signage directing traffic on parking and no one helping to direct traffic. Gridlocked for hours due to traffic and turned around multiple times due to lack of signage. There wasn t even road signs telling people weather a lane was turning only or where it led. Missed over half the concert despite being outside of the moda center for an hour and a half. Complete bull and a waste of money. Will not be coming here for any other concerts or events.

Today we saw the 'blazers win against the Cleveland Cavaliers. I got hassled for taking a seat in the highest row instead of just one lower. There were people on each end and it was inconvenient to make either end move. I get a lot of hassles at Moda (MODA?) Center. And have for a long time. I'll explain more later. I doubt you will ever raise my opinion of it. Congratulations to the Trailblazers.

I can't believe how terrible the security is here. I got assaulted at a concert at Moda, and the security guy I tried to get to help me told me I had better just go out another door. Seriously!?!? NEVER going to see a show at Moda again.

The last two times my husband and I have been there for a concert we found the staff to be clueless and rude. After this last show we have decided that we will look to see future concerts at other venues, even if that means some travel.

The Moda Center is conveniently located just across the river from downtown Portland. It s on a Max line & several bus lines. On-site parking is available although when concerts & games end it is congested & difficult to get on the interstate 5 N/S. 10 Barrel Brewing is your best bet for beers. Expect to spend $12/beer & wait in a line of 5-50 people. I ve seen lots of great concerts there.

It's a good arena, home of the Blazers, yadda yadda.
Way over commercialized, with little logic to the layout and presentation. The halls feel chaotic during games and concerts.

Outside, is terrifying. It may look pretty and all but its a violent area. Every time I go, I see some kind of fight, or social conflict. I would never go to this area alone.

Loved staff we encountered & concert sounded fabulous. Deducted 2 stars because of how uncomfortable the seating is: everyone around us agreed that there isn't room to cross your legs, let alone pass in front of people to get to your seat. I'd forgotten that was why I quit going to hockey games, but you may fair much better, especially if you have Lee press-on limbs!

Very nice spacious place to meet people and to just go watch the local p-town basketball team play, also one of the many public transportation hubs where all the buses and max trains go through

Saw Cirque du Soleil with my Son Shelby (20 yrs) got the first time & we were blown away!! Fantastic show & the Moda Center was the perfect venue for it! We were going to take the light rail to avoid parking & traffic, but running late we had to drive. No problem getting a parking spot in the garage & well worth the $20!! When leaving traffic wasn't that bad & 90% of the traffic wasn't bcuz of the show, but bcuz of night shift construction !

Surprisingly small for it s capacity. The seats are almost on top of each other the way it s laid out with a vertical feeling, as the venue doesn t expand out very far. The main arena for high profile events in Portland and home to the Trailblazers. Expected overpriced concessions, overpriced tickets and a packed house. Otherwise the venue is modern and well maintained, with the majority of the seats having minimal to no obstructions.

Sound is much better than most of Seattle venues. I also think the seats feel better. Beer is waaaaaaay better. Hard alcohol is convenient and you can bring it to your seat. Parking is easier, cheaper and faster to get out usually.

Blazer games at the Rose Garden are always fun. The #Blazer fans are always behind the team. There really isn't a bad seat in the house which is great for whatever your ticket price is. Ive also been to a few shows and concerts and have enjoyed myself every time #RipCity

They would charge you for air if they could figure out how. The bathrooms make a truck stop seem clean. The price for anything inside that building is absurd. Seating sucks, designed for maximum occupancy and profit. The one positive is that they have sensory packs for those that need them. Comes with headphones and fidgets, weighted blanket and a few other things. The staff is mostly decent, I can say that.

I had an experience that I really wanted to share.

For Christmas, instead of getting my boyfriend great seats to the game, I got him a PlayStation and some other stuff, and bought some 300 level seats as a stocking stuffer. I thought it would be the perfect excuse to go have a fun, relaxed date night!

Well, when we get to our seats, my boyfriends seat is open and mine Is taken by some dude next to his two friends. It didn t look like anyone was coming for the open seats, so we were nice and sat there instead.

The dude who was in my seat, and at this point next to me, was clearly intoxicated- spilling beer on the lady in front of him, blabbering nonsense, and his elbow and arm where halfway into my seat. I had tried to be nice and ask him to move it, but he flat out told me no. He blubbered some more things and when I asked him to stop speaking to me his voice just became louder and more aggressive which made me super uncomfortable. At that point it was halftime, we ve already missed most parts of the first half due to these unwanted distractions, so I went down to guest services.

Down at guest services I told my experience to a young man named LaShawn. I asked if it was possible for us to move to another 300 section, as I didn t want to be anywhere near these guys. Before I was even done explaining, LaShawn had already went to ticket services and upgraded our seats to a wonderful 200 level with a great view of the game. He apologized and explained the protocol for these situations.

By the time I reached our new seats, I could tell the men that were sitting near us in the 300 s had been escorted out. That made me feel even better and a lot more safe.

LaShawn completely turned our entire night around. What started off as a horrible experience ended up being a great one, and to top it off- our Blazers won!

Thank you LaShawn, and to all Moda & Event staff for keeping us safe, comfortable, and having amazing customer service and the ability to correct things when they go awry!

#LaShawnDeservesARaise!

I was at a convention that rented the Moda for a weekend and it is very spacious and well-appointed. My only peeve is that they had so few of the concession stands open on a weekend for a convention with enough people to justify renting the entire center out. The poor concession employees were just set upon!

Great place to hold all sorts of events I've never had a negative experience here. It's kid friendly and the events booked are fun and good quality. The building itself can get slightly crowded but it is in great condition.

Panic at the Disco concert. This venue is not kind to sound reinforcement systems trying to achieve intelligible music. Skip this place if you enjoy listening to music. Brendon Urie and company were, of course, awesome despite the acoustic shortcomings of this venue.

I don't usually like basketball but there's just something about going on person with the crowd that makes me happy. FYI if you like champagne go on the first floor to 10 barrel. You can get it there. The Moda center is great altogether.

It's kind of the go to place for big concerts. Sadly, they take complete advantage of this....$10 beers, or $12 for a tiny cocktail (with a very weak pour- not even a full shot). Food is only slightly better. It also seems some of the customer service reps have grown bad attitudes and not very helpful, sometimes down right rude. But like I said, some of the great concerts play here so you have no choice.

Boyfriend and I just saw Marilyn Manson and Rob Zombie, great show! Have seen several concerts here, always have easy parking, quick on and off I-5. Prices of food and drinks are pretty high, but that's to be expected I suppose. Great place to see a show!

A fantastic place to see a live show. But extremely poorly thought out location during high traffic conditions. No control and the lack of police officers directing traffic made for a longer time time get in and park before the show. Be careful and patient with traffic and rude drivers.

Ineffectiant. The person's scanner at the door was not working well so rather than having us continue at a slower pace or have the person at the next door scan both doors while someone went to get a replacement he just shut the door and made us all wait in the cold.
Then when leaving we had parked in the garage and the crew who were supposed to be directing traffic were causing more delays and problems than they were helping. I would recommend training employees proper procedures for maintaining traffic flow.

Accessible seating to these folks means a wheelchair. My mom uses a walker, so I got semi-mobile seating not knowing that meant using 4 steps and then trying to thread through the narrow aisle to her seat. Very unhappy after driving seven hours to attend this event (NXT Takeover Portland).
