AEG Pakistan (Private) Limited Review

Each floor of the tower is well constructed and the view of 360degree outer is awesome and mind blowing like love you karachi.

Beautiful building with paid car parking. Saudi Airlines Karachi office situated here.

Food Court needs improvement to arrange more enclosures. Place is not for food lovers, Mall area is also very short than Ocean Mall and shops are also seen to hunger for visitors. Mall is only good for offices.

This place is just ok...i can't imagine going in a mall which doesn't have a food court or not a single quick bite but i think they are opening food court soon..local shops are there but you can't find big brands

This place is neither fish nor fowl.
There is the AEG office which one needs to visit to obtain visas for various countries. I'm happy to say that AEG was wise enough to make the move to their new office in Emerald Tower since it was next to impossible to find parking in their premises in Shaheen Complex. Not to mention the chances of dying a premature death from air pollution by driving on the road leading up to chundrigar road (spare a thought for the unfortunate traffic police personnel who not only breathe the toxic air on a daily basis but have to control the unruly and undisciplined traffic with the deafening din that is a contributory factor designed to amp up road rage and the number of traffic accidents.)
Anyway why would anyone from the general public have a reason other than visiting the AEG office to step into Emerald Tower? There are some shops but each time I have been inside there are only a handful of people so the shopping is unlikely to have much of a pull factor. Worse, the place lacks any food outlets (even something as simple as a coffee kiosk).
The parking situation is also abysmal even though there is a valet service. I can't say that I was impressed with the valet service although the valets are doing the best they can given the amount of parking space they have within which to work.
The name Emerald 'Tower' is appropriate since this building bears no resemblance to a 'Mall'.

Car Parking is a headache, apart from parking mall is also not that big. Very conjusted space.

Quite a good potential to be a bustling mall but dont find throngs entering in here for reasons like, lagging behind on addition of new shops. Brand alley is the ultimate shop for fashion attire, formal and trendy casuals. The furniture store is quite decent with pieces not to hard on your budget.

Exclusive place. Office and shopping centre under one roof

Emerad Tower is besides "Do Talwar" in Clifton, Karachi. This is not an ideal place for shopping. Mainly it is an offices area. Parking is an issue here. Underground parking is allowed when visiting with families only.

Mall is not running well shops do not find customers so often only the food court is good

It was a place where people shop. But nowadays it had limited shops operating, limited things to purchase. People don't usually visit this shoping center, you may find small number of people shopping there.
The shoppers had been shifted to other new, modem and emerging shopping center. Therefore it suffered a blue from them. Which offers variety of amenities.
It is used for offices and other such utility, rate for shopping.

Poorly designed mall, originally destined to be a hotel. Struggles for relevance in an era of mega malls, however attracts a consistent crowdnkn weekends because of its cinema and eateries.

Its a business building having small sized mall on ground floor and offices on upper floors with masjid on Mezz. Floor with Juma prayers and AC facility. However no covered carparking for visitors.
