Its an okay mall, nothing compared to ocean tower or dollmen mall. The offices are nice.

The mall needs to be expanded further. The location is perfect!

Located strategically near 2 talwar, the emerald towers should have been an instant hit. But unfortunately the mall did not take off with far more worthy malls in the vicinity. The mall has very few shops and branded shops are hard to find. Due to low customer turnout, salesperson are found idling away waiting for day to come to a close. The building also has corporate offices which are occupied. The occupancy rate for offices is much better

Food court is not so good. Brands are not available.

It's a nice mall. Parking is also not a big issue, you can avail valet parking as well. There are also some ATM machines. Some branded clothing stores and jewelry shops.

Very good plaza for offices. However it's not a very good shopping option in comparison to Dolmen and other such plazas.

I have been to the Emerald Towers a number of times and it's been mostly to check out the shops for gifts, clothing too.
This place is for those who can afford the price as the shops have stuff that is pricey but you can be assured that you will get the best quality.
Those who can afford it should go there as they do not need to fuss over the price and the choice is good i.e. it's exclusive.
People feel a bit backward going to these sort of pricey places as they fear the price will be too high, but if you are getting something exclusive, you have to pay for it, right.
So go for it, try it out, you will not be disappointed.

nice place to go with family but there is not enough shops. better to go ocean mall in front of emerald mall.

It is one of the most secure, commercial area of city with its future high-rise commercial, residential and Shopping Malls. This area would always remain open in all the circumstances. For this the geography of the area you can see for yourselves.
All types of Public transport are available 24 hours. Best visibility there are no other congested buildings around.

ELEVATORS & STAIRS:

Elevators timings are from 8:30 a.m. to 07:00 p.m. on week days, however elevators can be made operational as and when required by the tenant, there is as such no restriction.
5 new Hyundai high speed (4 passenger and 1 cargo) elevators (2.5 meters per second), each having capacity of 20 persons and start from ground level, One passenger elevator starts from 4th (Parking).Floor.
Main stairs connects lobbies of every floor.
Separate Fire Escape with Emergency Stairs-pressurized stair case.
Lift maintenance program in place with Hyundai
Emergency Lighting and emergency call buttons within the elevators.

Worst parking situation. They don't let shoppers park in the parking lot and forced to give it to valet or park far far away from the mall. What's the point of opening the mall if the management can't provide the most basic necessity.

There is not much variety and too few shops are there.

Building is modern but has serious parking and traffic issues being at 2 talwar .. very poorly managed and both problems very serious .

A small shopping mall, one of a few in the locality. Has some nice shops but comes a long way off 2nd behind Dolman Mall Clifton, which isn't too far away. Parking is a major issue here and best option if you don't have a driver is to use the valet service, who take your car and park it somewhere on the outside road, so is not a quick get away once you've finished your shopping.

This mall's main function is housing a handful of critically important service centers. Aside from that, it isn't much.

Emerald Tower just opposite Ocean Mall also known as Emerald Mall is a fifteen floor building Mostly Floors are the Offices of banks including (Bank Alfalah & Meezan Bank And other organizations ( Emirates & Fly Dubai ).

Worst place, public parking occupied by charged valet parking.

It's at a prime location but we have not much options in known brands for shopping.
On the other hand if you are looking for offices, you should go for it.

Not that huge but still a good mall.
You can complete the visit of mall within an hour

This is actually a building with rent a office space. Ground floor has clothing store. Not much parking space. Good security. It is highly unlikely you would be visiting this place unless you have official meeting.
