Cozy, not over crowded, has almost all that you need.

There are different offices and good level travel agencies.

No one remembers it now. They wasted a good building and place however they can still work on it to make it a better mall with top facilities and brands to attract people.

Only good for offices. The mall part is not doing so well.

ELEVATORS & STAIRS:

Elevators timings are from 8:30 a.m. to 07:00 p.m. on week days, however elevators can be made operational as and when required by the tenant, there is as such no restriction.
5 new Hyundai high speed (4 passenger and 1 cargo) elevators (2.5 meters per second), each having capacity of 20 persons and start from ground level, One passenger elevator starts from 4th (Parking).Floor.
Main stairs connects lobbies of every floor.
Separate Fire Escape with Emergency Stairs-pressurized stair case.
Lift maintenance program in place with Hyundai
Emergency Lighting and emergency call buttons within the elevators.

Architecture is quite out dated ... Shops are not prominent...

nice place to go with family but there is not enough shops. better to go ocean mall in front of emerald mall.

The mall needs to be expanded further. The location is perfect!

Was a wonderful place but building from outside was not good in sight.

Excellent premisses easy to access and staff is friendly.

One of the relatively newly opened malls, Emerald Mall has not been able to attract a lot of crowd unfortunately, despite the presence of famous brands like Al Karam, Outfitters etc.

Operating on the same lines as that of Forum or Ocean Mall, corporate offices occupy the upper floors, Bank Alfalah being one of them.

Houses Saudi Airline's office, a few fashion brands and offices. Parking can be a huge hassle on weekends, ramadan and holidays. Traffic wardens would likely slip you a ticket. Has amazing views from upper floors.

its calm n peaceful..but not good for shopping..no branded outlets..only outfitters
