I enjoyed seeing Tyler Perry's stage play. The parking fee was a bit steep to me. And, it could be the norm for others. Thx for the experience.
The drive is long but the show was worth it! Saw Steve Martin and Martin Short. It was so much fun. Say on the suite level and it was really nice.
Rude security bogus 51%signs will be sending a complat to the AG's office Monday
Very nice theater but very expensive parking. Most events are $20.00 to park. Have not seen it cheaper. No restrooms up stairs in the balcony and concessions stands are always closed upstairs. You have to constantly go up and downstairs just to get a drink.
Nice even though my seats were in the balcony my view was still good
Parking is always very expressive, nice venue with great A/C
Comfy theater seats with cup holders! 2 screens for additional viewing. Parking $20 and up.
Been here many times, latest was Lenny Kravitz concert. Venue is pretty good in general, but I must take away one star for those sky-high drink prices.
Easy venue to attend since I am on a walker and staff was very helpful and accomodating
Pretty nice venue for a conference. The parking is high though. Really too high considering there is NO shade or covering. I was considering taking a ride share to save on parking, but there was a sign stating that drop-offs had to pay the parking fee... WHAT? HOW?
Anyways, the theater was clean and accessible, I agree that there should be rest facilities up stairs. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly and easily the auditorium was emptied after the event. The parking lot exodus was a different story, but what can you do? The conference seemed well catered to by the facility. I did not partake in the exorbitantly priced concessions, but the grill sure smelled delicious. from my observations, it seemed as though the partakers were all enjoying the fare.
Full bar. Always the random chance that you will get to meet the star after they come off stage. I love working here.
Enjoyed my event... Anthony Hamilton and Maze ft Frankie Bevelry was amazing..
Went to THE PRICE IS RIGHT LIVE WITH MY FRIEND JO
had alot of fun
First time there for the comedy show Black Laughs Matter. All the acts were hilarious and Arnez J took it to a whole 'nother' level... Hahaha
The sound is great but the small aisles and the seats leave something to be desired especially when you're trying to get in and out with a child in your arms
Absolutely awesome Chris Tomlin Holy Roar concert. Ambience and staging were really good. Parking average.
Great inside. Parking was $15, cash or card, $30 VIP/in front of theatre. Regular 16oz water was $5.00! They didnt let me take my own bottled water.
I really like the atmosphere in this place and the people are extremely welcoming to everyone who visits regardless of what the event is. They have nice concessions with various food items that you can eat for a snack or a meal and the fact they have a bar with beer and liquor is a nice plus.
My favorite venue for shows. Great seating everywhere.
Came here for a comedy show. Drinks were expensive and not worth it.
Not a very handicap friendly Venue. I only saw one elevator with A-line that wrapped around the building. Our seats were one row from the very top and the stairs leading to the seats had no way of studying oneself when 1 has handicap issues.
The seats are so close together it was uncomfortable cause my knees were cramped up basically into the fetal position for the entire time . I don't think that I'll be going back there.
Not a big venue, but that almost is the advantage, most shows are less expensive, and lots of seats closer to the stage. Much better than stadium size venues. Be prepared for stadium priced food though. Eat before you attend a show, that helps.
The venue is fine but they sell your information to 3rd party SPAM. I entered a raffle for VIP tickets at APC and didn't get selected, no worries...but here I am months later still getting spam calls from "VIP tickets giveaway" which are timeshare scammers. Stop selling peoples phone numbers!!
Very nice venue, I loved the layout (area) of the booths of merchandise and the presentation of the food and drinks. Seating was comfortable and the TV screens displayed the concert so you could get a better view
Clean environment, loud and clear stage/performance. The frozen pineapple margarita had me tipsy within a couple sips. It wasnt worth the $18 but if you're looking to get drunk easy, that's how you do it.
1975 performance was pretty good. Had great seats. Parking: park near the exit so your wait to leave is minimal. Verizon Theater so I assume VZ offered great service. I had zero coverage inside the Theater.
Nice venue, practically not a bad seat in the house with the screens. Restrooms are sufficient and kept as well. Staff working events helpful in giving directions.
Always a fun venue that makes for a bit more of an intimate setting than some similar places.
Great concert experience! Only problem need bathrooms upstairs please. When we left there were people directing traffic and that was so helpful!! I would go there again!
This is a great venue but the parking costs a lot every time I go to to an event here ($15 a day, $40 for 3 day conferences). There is also basically NO cell service inside (which is ironic since it's the "Verizon" Theater and even the Verizon customers can't use their phones).
Don't expect much from the food options, and be aware that you can't bring any of your own food or drink inside.
Overall though, the staff are friendly and there's really not a bad seat in the house! No matter where you sit you have a pretty good view, which means I never really stress about seating when I go to an event that doesn't have assigned seats.
Parking is astronomical, the acoustics & video quality are good, snacks and drinks are available.
Very nice seating and when it you leave it's a quick exit.
Our company held an event here. It was a great venue for such a large crowd, filling almost 80% of the place it seemed.
A great venue to see your favorite artist. Drinks a little high priced but other than that an awesome place
Awesome place to see a concert. Parking is good. THE COST OF FOOD AND DRINK IS RIDICULOUS. Seriously $4.50 for bottled water! We will continue to visit. Sure would be nice if we could afford to buy a drink of water.
I was seated in section 102 and they were great seats. Solid acoustics.
General parking was $15. The seats were not very comfortable after one hour and very little leg room from the seat in front of you.
If you're going to stop serving when the show starts, put up signs or something!
We went to see Hank Williams Jr last night and this was our first time here. We were very impressed with this venue and will definitely come back to see another favorite artist. The parking was very efficient and plentiful without having to walk a mile to get the the stadium. Leaving was very organized as well and we were one the road in no time.
As far as the stadium itself, it seemed like there was no bad seats there coming in from the section 300's and working our way down to the front section 106. Acoustics were awesome and the feel of the place is intimate. As far as one reviewer saying something about people just sitting in their seats, I'm not sure who they saw but when Hank came on stage, everyone was up and dancing around in their area.
bathrooms were near and plentiful, ushers were very helpful and walked you to your isle, concessions were a little pricey as expected at most venues but what was cool is they had some volunteer group work at least one of the stations (maybe more, I'm not sure) and their tips were going to some charity. I think its pretty cool because they get to help out the community.
One more thing, the signal service did seem weak but was no means blocked like someone stated. I have Sprint, My wife AT&T and although both were weak, we did get updates and texts, although somewhat slow.
No open WiFi, mobile data, or any cell bars unless you're Verizon. Not like the cut off from humanity is unexpected since this is their building but it's not really enjoyable.
Saw Dream Theater here recently. Cozier binge then I expected.
Saw Pentatonix in concert and this was my first time at this venue. Great concert and a great place to view the concert. Concessions were like any other venues. Parking and leaving was a lot easier than expected thanks to the staff there!
Clean venue. Get to your event early to snag good parking nearby. I've gotten there late once and they had shuttles to give you a ride, but that was many years ago and idk if they still do that. I learned my lesson & get there early now. $30.00 for VIP parking.
The acoustics in the Verizon Theater are HORRIBLE. If you don't already know the words to a song (which is very possible if an artist has a new song/album out) you can forget about hearing lyrics. The music is always too loud because the sound has nowhere to absorb. It's just all around hard to hear anything with good clarity, period.
Very nice venue! Very clean and has good AC! I was SO surprised that parking and getting out was a relative breeze. We arrived about 1.5 hours before the concert (full house of concert-goers) and had the freedom of picking out a "good" parking spot because of availability. There is the option of paying more to get parking that is easier to get in and out of. You will be walking through a metal detector and have your purse checked. I made it onto the main road in about 10 minutes because attendants/police helped faciliate us getting out of the parking lot which was very much appreciated!! The seats and accoustics were nice, not much "walking" space in between aisles so you'll need to ask others around you if you need to get in and out like at the movie theaters.
Yes, general parking was $20 (eh, I've lived in more expensive places that this was the norm), bottled water $4.50 and basic concession type items were on sale for this concert. Just anticipate steep prices.
Overall, hope that future events I attend will be held here! Easy to get to, not overcrowded by competing shopping areas, safe feeling atmosphere (not sketchy neighborhood) and good staff encountered!
Nice place very expensive $20.00 normal price for a normal size drink.
I really liked this venue! Acoustics were good, it had an intimate feeling to it, the bar in the suites area was nice! Also parking was easy!
Went there for last Marilyn Manson concert and will be back for the next one in June.
The layout if well organized. The staff was alright. Best the could be with so much going on I guess.
The bathrooms and the seats were all very clean and the ushers were really pleasant and helpful.
The parking though was my least favorite though. 20 dollars seemed a little over priced and it didn't seem very safe with all those men selling bootlegged shirts running around.
This was my first time to this venue. We went to a comedy show New Years eve. The venue itself was very nice. The acoustics were very good. It appears you could see and hear everything from any seat. You better eat and drink before you come as the drinks are very overpriced. There was limited assortment of food available (nacho's and frito pies from what I was told) . We came as part of a group and had a suite and it was very nice. We also had reserved parking which made it very easy for us. If you are able to go that route, I would suggest it. Overall great venue for a special event. One thing to take into consideration is that cell service is restricted in the building, It might be an issue if someone needed to call you for an emergency. It would be nice to know this in advance.
Very nice venue for concerts. We had a great time and there isn't a bad seat in the building.
Went to a Buddy Guy (blues) concert here - which was amazing.
The theater itself was quite nice, smalled ghan I expected, and really easy to get in and our of. The restrooms were massive, the food and drinks looked good (expensive though, i didnt get anything)
Enjoyed the Venue, enjoyed the Paw Pals Live show, my only complaint was 3 Lemonades, and one bag of Popcorn costing $60, was not ready for that at all.
Went here for a Lindsey Stirling concert and it was awesome. Auditorium is a lot bigger than any pictures or graphics made it seem. Vendor prices are predictably crazy, but I got a slice of pizza that was excellent and the beer was good (hard to mess up). Parking was easy enough, I took a wrong turn but the staff around the area was plenty helpful that I didn't mind getting a bit lost. Great traffic directing at the end of the event put everyone out on the same road going the same direction (you could u-turn at a light not far down the road) so getting out of there was *really* fast.
Great staff, good music Brian Setzer Xmas rocks tour great sound at venue
Great venue. Big clean auditorium with comfortable seats. Parking is well managed and not as expensive as most places. Good place to see a show.
Nice intimate venue, sound was great, parking was easy. Great night with my daughter
Easy to get to off of I-30 and plenty of parking for tailgating before a concert.
I was surprised at how close I was to the stage. Good layout for music and sound.
Great Venue. I really enjoy going to concerts here.
It's nice but I want to know if the concert of soy luna is going to be open
The venue not bad, but the cellular service inside is atrocious if you're not on Verizon. Go figure.
