Great venue with plenty of parking and restrooms. Has multiple concession stands so food isn't an issue. Most service providers lose signal once you're in the theater it seems. Only one of my friends still had signal but being on tmobile I lost connection once I entered. Still had connection in the lobby though

I have always heard that this is a really good venue. That there isn t a bad seat in the entire house. My kids have been there for shows before. I have even been in the area for sports events and other activities. But I never been here personally. I had found out that one of my favorite performers was going to be there. I have been a fan of his since I was a kid and that fandom was even passed down to my son. The musician is none other than the legendary Alice Cooper. I have been a fan of his most of my life but never had the privilege of seeing him perform in person. I was contemplating buying tickets, but right before I did, a friend of mine who was going to attend the concert told me he and his wife couldn t attend. Instead of trying to sell them, he knew how much of a fan I was and he gave them to my son and me. They were really great seats. But as I said there didn t seem to be a bad seat in the venue. The show was so awesome. At his age he still can put on a great show and rock out like someone younger than half his age. We enjoyed every second of the show and the sound was awesome. My son and I even got to meet Ryan Roxie, one of Alice s guitar players before the show. Can t wait until the next show. I will definitely return to the venue.

Great seating at this venue pretty much anywhere you sit. Professional security and parking isn't too difficult. Been here for both a boxing event and a comedy event and don't have any complaints.

We went to a comedy show. Overall the venue was nice. Plenty of parking but we didn't know we had to pay extra when we arrived to the venue; which I'm sure is something that was worked out with the contracting parties. All of the bathrooms are on the 1st floor so if you are upstairs try to use the restroom in advance. Concession stands are downstairs as well. My only complaint is that I am a petite woman and when I sat down in my stradium seat... It broke and of course I fell. But thankfully I didn't go tumbling down the arena stairs; which could have happened because my seat was on the end. So no 5 stars for you Verison Theatre.

I have been here twice once to see EXO and the other to see Got7, both korean pop groups. Both times the experience was excellent, seating was very comfortable, although we spent most of our time standing and or jumping, and when the doors opened they moved everyone in very smoothly which is saying a lot when it comes to fangirls :P

I would happily go back to this venue, and intend to on March 24th for the SHINee concert :D.

The worst experience of my life!

The worst experience of my life!
An arrogant employee yelled at me more than 3 times that he had to enter where he desia and to show him my tickets, because he had no right to be in that area since my tickets were VIPs, he had a badge hanging that they regularly give to VIPs, not to everyone and when I mentioned that my seat was 2 rows from the stage. I began to yell at myself that the place was full, which was a lie. I felt so bad that that simple employee who just for wearing a uniform feels arrogant behaved like that. And I say it xk a kind mrs. That I was at the access door had sent me up the stairs to get to my place, I knew my seat and that I paid for a VIP just 2 rows from the stage. In my life, nor in the group with whom we went to that event, we return to the "Verizon theater" and the most ridiculous thing is that from our visits to those places they live ... it ruined my night anyway. I didn't even give a star

Went here in March 2019 for the Why Don't We concert with my daughter. Food and beer is extremely overpriced. $11 cheeseburger and $9 beers. Worst part was the sound wasn't mixed well. It was also hard to hear the vocals and we were near the speakers. Not sure if it was the fault of the acoustics in the venue or the audiomix the sound engineers did before the show. I wouldn't choose to go here if given a choice. Quite disappointed...

Went to see Nick Cannon's Wild N Out tonight and had a really good time. Parking was easy and organized. The line to get up to the building once we parked was a bit long, but that was to be expected. Customer service here was good also.

I have been to several events here and usually it is great. At the Chris Tomlin concert that was not true. I chose cheap tickets but in the first row of the top section off to the side. I chose that row because I was bringing small children and there wouldn't be anyone standing in front of them preventing them from seeing. Since it didn't sell out, they changed our seats. Yeah the new seats were more centered but they were about an high up as you could get and the kids couldn't see anything because of the people standing in front of us. Really ruined our family outing. Ended up leaving early because the kids were board because they could not see. I think they owe me a refund for 6 tickets.

I watched a really beautiful performance as this theater. The stage seems a bit small for the seat size and cell service is almost non existent inside the theater. But I had a great time and so did everyone else in my party, so I can't complain much.

We went to see Third Day, this was my second time to the venue and I really enjoyed both visits. There isn't a bad seat in this place. My only complaint is they had some high pressure sales guys hustling for some vacation company, they trick you to come over by offering a raffle for free vip tickets and striking while you're not prepared for a sales pitch. Also, this isn't a knock on them but if you're a large person the seats are fairly narrow so just be prepared to be uncomfortable.

I enjoyed the concert but the screens were small in this theatre, too small for the space it needed to fill. Additionally, the screens weren't very clear, didn't get a crisp view of the artist. The stage set up was terrible, so minimal and boring. If it weren't for the lighting you'd feel like you were sitting in an empty warehouse with black floors and black walls.

Good place to see a concert. Sound is perfect. Facilities perfect. Workers are helpful and polite. Took one star off for the "vacation time share" vendor. They are high pressure and this should NOT be legal. Surprise they are allowed inside the place. People get caught up in that and many regret it .... avoid them and enjoy the concert....

We sat in the nosebleed section, and experienced low volume and bad bad sound quality. Somebody at the top of command definitely needs to visit a concert and sit in the nosebleed which I know would be out of the ordinary for the such a person. Then changes would probably happen

Beautiful venue. Security checks are fast but thorough. Sound is great. Small enough to still see artists from the very back row. There are a couple screens to help with the viewing experience as well.

Good medium size indoor theater venue but Time for an update and renovation. I guess Verizon discontinued their sponsorship or didn't want to pay to provide wifi and upgraded video tech. Seats are comfortable but steps are dimly lit and reflective materials need replacement. Easy seating arrangement. Expect bars, concessions AND bathrooms to only be available on lower level. They do have suites on lower level which are nice touch and bar railing seats on balcony level that offers great viewing. Get there early to avoid loooonnnnnggggg parking lines that will cause you to miss event intros. With all the stadiums, tracks and entertainment venues set up in that condensed area, you would think Grand Prairie would have multiple ways in and outs to ease traffic.

Air1 had a Positive Tour that had Zach William's, MercyMe and a couple of other artists and the atmosphere was so comfortable as far as viewing, sound and temperature for the entire venue. It was a great fun memorable evening!

Love this place. One of the best sound systems in North Texas. I had attended a concert at Winspear Opera House...i think there sound quality at Verizon was better. Only problem is the choice of food absolutely horrible.
