Very professional the workers helpful to find your seat I had a private bar so that was awesome

With all the buzz each year at the Summertime block buster stadium shows sometimes you long for the intimate. If you consider 7,000 intimate, so be it. I don't often come to LA considering many of my favorite acts also come to SD and OC which is half the distance and 1/3 the effort to go to, but "will travel for music" is one of those things you really should live by.

Acoustically it's to me unmatched at this size range. It's got a huge stage, arena sized stage almost.

Parking is all around. Since it's not as popular as other events in the area (non conflicting of course). You can find spots within about a half dozen blocks walk and the parking fee's aren't too bad. It can get sketch the further from the venue you get. Valet is not recommended as the exit traffic is bad for everyone.

I have no issues getting cocktails and the prices are slightly above other local sporting events. The only real issue I have here is the bathrooms. The lines are long, but nothing crazy, but plenty of room. Granted concert seats are not luxurious, they were above average in comfort. Solid and felt new (theater isn't).

Ushers are great. Never had a bad experience. Actually my last was superb. Usually upgrading to packaged seats ensures better views, better service and such is totally the case. I didn't purchase for my last visit here, but considering the concert sold out and these were purchased not long beforehand the prices must have been ridic so I was obliged to pay for the rest of the night. My usher spoke to me by name.

It's such a great place to catch a show, grab some dinner and be in the center of LA. So many other great events and awards shows happen here. Shows are the key word here. It's not necessarily a concert venue that gets thrashed from a rock bands fans, but rather a performance.

Gas prices just south or north of here are generally 20-30 cents less expensive.

Was at the Microsoft Theater for a conference. Didn t blow my mind but was a very nice facility.

Saw Hans Zimmer in concert here, and it was surreal! The theater itself seated over 500,000 people quite comfortably, and there is parking (we paid $30) and food/restaurants within walking distance.

Venue is intimate when compared to venues such as the Staples Center. Location in the LA Live area is ideal, close to surrounding restaurants. Gave four stars due to the audio issues that were not ideal. Several instances of the backup singers not being heard well and the bass sounds overpowering the quality of the music. Still a nice venue.

I know if there is an event here it will always be a great experience. I've been helped above and beyond for disability services and the venue is great. Definitely an experience.

Nice theater. Parking in the adjacent parking lot was expensive, $30. The acoustics in the theater were good.

We waited outside in a long line and they opened the doors too late to get everyone in on time. There were barricaded preventing access to all nine doors. The staff ignored all these problems until 5 minutes before the show started.We missed the opening number and had to stand in the hallway until they finished. It's a nice theater but the staff was incompetent. Won't ever come Here again!

Seats are to tight not able to enjoy concerts.. We have to get up everytime somebody passes by us. Also got my boots stepped on when I didn't get up..

Went to see NCT 127 with my fiance and 2 oldest daughters had a good time!

My wife and I had a date night at the RewindFest concert. Artists included Ginuwine, 112, Tone Toni Tony, Michelle', Hi-Five, Bobby Brown and Guy. The venue was packed to full capacity. This venue was perfect. Has many restaurants and bars surrounding for before and after festivities.

Beautiful venue. I took my mother to see the Ojays, and Jeffrey Osborne.

Been a few times. First time we were upgraded from Mezzanine to Orchestra but smaller venue great vantage point.

An excellent place to spend a good time having dinner and seeing is excellent

Saw Shen Yun here and loved the theatre. Would like to come back in the future!

Wonderful place and easy access but parking is expensive. It s better park in other parking places.

Very beautiful venue. We went for the first time, last night, to see Snoop Dogg s Redemption of a Dogg. Incredible play!! The venue was beautiful from the moment you step on the glistening ground to walk into the building. Staff was okay. The seats we had were amazing. Just 5 rows from the stage. The theater was very clean and beautiful. Almost like being in a movie!!!! Of course after the event was over, there was popcorn all over the floor in the aisles. Lol

That was the most fun I have ever had in a long time

Such a great experience watching Los Angeles Azules. Except for the soda machine that wasn't working and my soda tasted like water.

Pretty clean and spacious. Hillsong Conference (2017) was awesome!

Saw the Snoop Dogg concert here. It was everything and then some.

Got to see Joseph Prince here place was great easy and fast to get in seating easy to find seats comfortable even for myself and I'm 6'2" 390lbs I often worry when seeing shows at new place but I had no problem here over all great experience

Love this place. The put the best Orchestra concerts here.

The theater is great...very clean and beautiful...parking and drinks are preicy..

Modern decor looks new. Love downstairs first floor VIP style lounge area with small tables for sitting and drinking and a photo booth.

I've been to the MS Theatre for a few concerts. My recent visit was to see TONI BRAXTON, BabyFace, and SWV. I had the greatest time! Concert was sold out, 7,000 people! The drinks are $15+ for about 4oz plastic cups. That's a rip off but oh well. Other than that it's in a great location, literally feet from the Staples Center. Parking is right across the street I paid $20. The time expires at midnight.

I took my wife to see Katy Perry here and it was great. really like how clean the venue was and the sound system was killer. very happy.

This place was amazing from start to finish.. from the menu prices and hospitality to the comfort of the chairs the ESPYS show 3 hours seem like 30 min. The restroom availability no waiting just an awsome place ..
Now the only complaint would be the escalator coming down from the Loge was a little tough to funnel thru lol ! But heck that was the least important thing 5star ... just an awsome venue

Unorganized and derthy place also I pay for two chairs around $400 but I didn't get any chairs. I got 2 bar stools as a chairs on that day they set up 10 bar stools on each box and selling to people as a chair.

Theater is beautiful and modern. I did not like that you could not bring water or drinks in.

Surrounded by places to eat, and the inside has really good guidance assistance and fresh air conditioning.

The comedy show was very funny but the lines getting out of the theater and to the parking lot were ridiculous.

It was very nice with tons of light bars and good stands on every floor. The ladies room had heated toilet seats so that by far was my favorite part and the seats in the concert hall were extremely comfortable. Only thing I had an issue with was when you sit in the Mezz area at the very top is it just gets pitch black up there and you can't see that good trying to go back down the stairs to the restroom or back to the concession stand. All in all very beautiful on the inside!

Very nice place just wish the artist will come out on time cuz it's a standing situation very uncomfortable but a nice place to go and enjoy and have fun

Even though you get tickets in the back it is the best experience you'll ever have with friends and family the bass is outstanding the crowd are respectful and security its polite
