Love this place. Only complaints are the expensive mandatory parking at the venue ($15+) and the wood flooring under some seats that have you feeling every other person's tapping or stomping. Drives me nuts in 101.

Great staff and venue!

Great staff and venue!
When the staff noticed my husband was having trouble walking, they allowed us to sit in a place that did not require many steps to climb. Thanks for the great hospitality!

I went to a musical here and I didn t really like the venue for that...it seemed a little too big. Now, I also went there for a concert and that was a better fit. The seats were very comfy.

Love being there for events. People leave out in an orderly fashion and the traffic personnel make sure that you get up the street, but it's a free for all in the parking lot. There is no personnel there to give it structure.

Buy a ticket to an event here? You also have to pay for parking at the event center not included, even if you get dropped off by a Lyft you have to pay parking to get in. Drinks are 10-20 dollars. Verizon really trying hard to not let you have fun or be nice to guests.

Came here for Bethel Music's "Heaven Come" conference, and was impressed with the theater space and seating organization. Parking was successful in a sense and didn't cause much displeasantry. Food, of course, was overpriced and upmarked, More

Went here for a Postmodern Jukebox concert. The venue traffic was well directed, both before and after the event. Parking was $15, which seems high. The seating was comfortable enough and not too crowded.

So Im torn in giving this place 2 stars. I went to see SHINee this summer and lol by far the worst experience I ever had in a concert. The actual show, the presentation, meaning SHINee, was perfect. The problem was before and after. I got there around 3 hours before the show due to trying to pick up my pre order of merchandise. When me and my group of friends got there the line was ridiculously long already, which Im okay with, is normal. However, as time passed and the doors opened the line moved every 30mins, it resulted that where the big line was it was only ONE of the plenty entrances the place has but not a single staff/security member said anything, they just let the line loop around itself. When i was half way through a security guy pointed that there were other entrances and we literally ran because the show was about to start in 10mins. The ticket buying process was also a mess from the fact that the venue did not allow us to select the seats we wanted to showing an available section but giving us a far away one. It took us about an hour until it generated a good seats selection. After the show the lack of organization showed through. The cash lines and debit/credit cards line were not seperated so there were people that would reach the merch table and sent back to the end of the line they were supposed to be at, which is bs cause they could have easily pass them to the other person. Also, it was a no re entry venue and no where in the ticket stated that, some Shawols were complaining about not being to come back in to buy more merch after they were out of the lobby area. Again, I'm torn because it seems it was more of a management/event planner issue than the venue, but who knows. Parking was a mess as well, but the lack of organization really killed it for me. SHINee was perfect, though.

This theater is always clean. The seating is comfortable and has good angles. Restrooms are all on main floor. It would have been nice if they had some on floor level. Water costs $5 a bottle.

Refrain from purchasing the live access now passes, it s a total ripoff. They make it appear as if you have some VIP access or extra privileges that come along with the show or concert but you don t. It s basically a pass the a bar that stays open after an event. Also a margarita costed 21.00 even with the live access ticket. Everything is overly priced. Eat and drink before you come.

My ABSOLUTE favorite venue for concerts. Inside, air conditioning or heat as the weather dictates, every seat is a great seat! Just wish they could book more artists...this place is Far superior than Dos whatever out in Dallas, and a whole lot safer!!

I really like the venue, but Parking is a bit expensive for just being a regular parking lot. And I would expect better organization to get ppl out of the parking instead of many lines. At least for the price get ppl trained to organize better in and out. After paying $15 or $30 you have one more person signaling to turn and then a wide open parkinglot. Ppl just drives anywhere looking for better spots which makes for traffic. Instead should be organized better.
