Super big theater recommend coming to see concerts!

Medium to large size theater. I heard a concert. The sound wasn't the best. The bass was heavy and vocals harsh. Still, a great venue. Better than most

Nice concert venue. Parking nearby is expensive though.

Great theater seating all around. Nice social hang out spot. Lots to do. Entertainment and food!

Excellent place to go and experience.
Concerts are memorable. The employee where helpful.

It's a small theater but the design puts of the theater separates you from the stage. So best to get sests close to the stage for a good view.

I like Microsoft Theater, excellent sound and comfortable seat.

Beautiful place, but the lines for refreshments can take forever.

Small intimate theatre that is easy to navigate plus the bathroom lines move quick.

My family is looking forward to the Espy awards next year in 2021.
And my youngest son Rain ,believes that one day he will get an espy award for basketball or football 10 years from today.

Good seats everywhere,good acoustics, conveniently located restrooms,easy access to food and beverage, getting out from parking a NIGHTMARE

A bit cramped in terms of seating and their employees are allowed to bring in Starbucks coffee during events but we were force to drink ours outside missing an opportunity to get good seating and would not let us fill our empty water bottles at water fountains with the empty water bottles they let you in with, a bit confusing and poor customer service and to top it off their food and drink counter was closed on the upper not what I consider good customer service or at all!

The theater very well kept. The seats are very comfortable and the times I've been there they have enough staff to move the cocktail and concession lines quickly. Tons of parking around the area and plenty of restaurants around as well. Staff was very friendly.

I was here for Homayoun Shajarian concert. Sound system is perfect. Seatings are good and comfortable. it is quite big :)

Good venue, not really a bad seat as I've been all over this venue. Only draw back in my eyes is there lack of WiFi connection in the building, but that's just a personal thing.

Saw Stevie Wonder's holiday concert here. Great show! The venue itself had a somewhat longer entry line than Staples because it's a smaller venue so less entryways, but the concessions line moved very quickly and I was able to grab beers immediately during breaks in the concert. Bathrooms were clean. Great location in LA Live, so you can easily grab drinks or dinner before/after a show. Overall, had a great time!

Awsome seatings, great security, well organized events. Most important, no transients, gangsters or ghetto folks.

Before changing the name of an ideal place, Michael Jackson is known to have rehearsed here just a few days before his death. I didn't get a ticket to watch the concert in England. This place will always remind me of the moments Michael Jackson had rehearsed with a clean heart and a childlike excitement. Just as Wondley stadium collapses, as Brian May says, "They Never Wash Our Memories."

Had decent seats but I can imagen the farther back seats are not very good

Best authentic taco chain ever. I grew up on this so I might be biased but anytime I get an out if towner or someone who has never had authentic mexican tacos this is the place I take them to. No one has ever been dissapointed trust me.The green sauce is like crack I always ask for extra

It's a big concert/venue place. The staff is very friendly.

The theater is very spacious, and you can see fairly well from all the seats. Security is tight, also, as the doormen make sure to check the handbags of anyone entering. The floor plan is nice as well. You can easily find where you need to go. Overall, it's an excellent theater.

Had great seats. The seats are small my husband is 6'8" knees didn't fit.

We had good concert in Microsoft theatre I like so much and confortable seats and good acoustic system,Always good concerts in there.

I have been coming here every year for the game awards and can say its been getting better and better. The Microsoft Arena is very clean and right across from the staples center.

Pretentious idea of communism overlayed by flying feet called dance.

John Legend is a one of a kind performer, such a wonderful concert!

Love the Microsoft Theater, located in the heart of LA Live, lots of great dining opportunities, hotels and sports. My wife and I often go to concerts and comedy shows.
Only complain is parking is very expensive, $30, and tickets in general just gone crazy as far as price
